Dan's pawn takes stolen items from people. I called to get the Minecraft Xbox back and because my daughter didn't have the serial number, I would have to pay for it to have it back. Yes police was involved and seriously how many people keep serial numbers to things that is over 9 years old but that is ok cause the money he gave to the thief for and the pawnshop didn't realize the disc reader was broke lol. So joke is on you. This is why I hate pawn shops. You guys are thief's just as well as the ones bringing it in.

I was in there today at around 1:30. The associate who I spoke to first was very nice, but the manager was extremely rude. I didn’t see her name but she was short with long black hair.

Worst place to go completely ignorant staff. Some dumb black lady that works here try to tell me my gold was fake even after another male employee said he believed it was real she said it wasn't and I had to check that other places beforehand and it had been verified as real. One item is a 14 karat Pandora bracelet with real charms and she tried saying it was fake. Employees here are ignorant I need to be educated I'll be going back out there myself to let everyone know how I feel.

The staff is real friendly, they offer fair prices and will work with you if they can. Do you keep in mind that this is a corporate operation so they are limited on how much they can work with you but they will try. I'd recommend them to anyone

My brother had a gun in pawn with them. Unfortunately my brother passed away. I contacted them to see if I brought in his death certificate and paid the amount that he owes, if I could get the gun. I was informed that I would have to wait until the loan went into default, then they would put it up for sale. The sale price was a hundred dollars over what he owed on it. It’s sad that this business only wants to make more profit from a grieving family.

The people who work at this location are very helpful and professional. I havent ever had any problems with this place. Only thing is one person might try and sell something for alot less than the next person. For example I had a speaker with a sound bar and one guy tried to give me 25 for it without looking up the value, and I passed on it then a week later went back and a different person gave me 45 for it after she looked it up. It think they need to be consistent on the amounts they pay people. Other than that they are great over there.

Every time I go to this Dan's I am always greeted warmly by the employees. They always have a good selection and are knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. I have worked with everyone there, but Katelyn is always willing to negotiate prices and is always super nice.

I have been shopping at this Dan's since it was beside of Save A Lot on Versailles rd. I love the people here they always make me feel like family when I walk through the door. I can always find a good deal or 2 with Kaitlyn. So stop in and check out the awesome deals they have everyday. Make sure you ask for Kaitlyn. Ella si habla Espanola.
