Worst pharmacy ever. "We are closed becuase we do not have a pharmacist. Sorry". Seriously. If you have maintenance prescriptions filled here, I recommend going online and switching to home delivery. It only cost a few bucks to have them shipped to you and you can avoid the aggravation of having to go to this pharmacy.

If I could give 0 star I would. This is THE WORSE pharmacy I visited. I was told to wait 20 minutes for an urgent medicine. After 2 visits and more than 2 hours' wait, I was rudely turned away. No apologies no excuses no reasons. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost that is my most sincere advice.

Wish I could give them a zero. The pharmacist and his staff violated the HEPA laws and yelled my name, date of birth and current medication list in front of the whole store. It was embarrassing and harassment. I called to ensure the meds would be ready, and when arrived the cue was emptied on accident. The pharmacist was rude, not helpful and violated my rights to privacy. Go somewhere else!

Respectfully, PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THE ACTUAL STORE HOURS. SICK AND TIRED OF BEING ONE OFF MANY INDIVIDUALS THAT IS OF WORK LATE AND NEED A STORE TO GO TO AND THIS STORE IS CONTINUOUSLY CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT...1AM AND MANY OTHER ODD TIMES. IF YOURE NOT OPEN THEN JUST SAY IT AND CHANGE THE DAMN HOURS ON THE DOOR AND TAKE DOWN YOUR 24 HOUR SIGN!!!!!!! PICS OF THE PAPER ON THE FRONT DOOR ADDED FOR VERIFICATION AND YES I'M TALKING ABOUT THE ACTUAL STORE AND NOT THE PHARMACY!!!

Below is my written review . I suggest strongly that you do not patronize this Cvs pharmacy, store # 4269 , 3097 Todds Rd Lexington KY. It would give it a zero star rating and if possible a negative star rating.

PHARMACY hours are NOT 24 hour service.. I let the person at the store register know about the hours posted online were incorrect and he said that he had let the general manager know so a change could be made and unfortunately nothing had been done about it. He was very polite and professional about the situation. I have attached a pic of the posted pharmacy

Waited in line at drive thru for over 10 minutes while they filled a problem prescription in front of me. Terrible customer service.

I had used CVS for several years and not had any problems until this one pharmacist Sarah Pior was so rude and liked to hang up on me in mid conversation. I complained but all that was stated was that there is a shortage of staff. My insurance covers more if I use CVS but I switched all my meds to Walgreens. I would rather pay more and be treated with respect. Once I contacted Walgreens on Pink Pigeon they had all my medicines transferred over within hours. The next day I picked all my medicines up and the staff at Walgreens were all so friendly. I told them about my horrific experience at CVS and they were appalled. I just hope you know how much business you are losing all due to an employee that obviously has rage issues.

I have an issue with this pharmacy every. single. time. I pick up a prescription. And when I share an issue to get it resolved (because there ALWAYS) is, they are very rude to me. There is one tech there who has been incredibly kind- everyone else causes me to leave in tears. I switched to this pharmacy because they are 24 hours, but it’s simply not worth it.

2 stars because one of the friendliest pharmacists works there. I went to pick up my refills after calling to make sure they would be ready. The automated answering service verified they would be. When I arrived at the drive thru an unfriendly tech told me they put one of my refills up this morning and I would have to come back later. If it weren’t for the pharmacist that works there I’d change pharmacies.

Clean, nice, and the employees are nice. And it's open at 3am or 3pm. 24 hours which is awesome.
