Below is my written review. I suggest strongly that you do not patronize this Cvs pharmacy, store # 4269, 3097 Todds Rd Lexington KY. It would give it a zero star rating and if possible a negative star rating.

Extremely rude pharmacist and technicians. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism at any pharmacy and have grave concerns about their interactions with senior and elderly clients who may be afraid to ask about their medications.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst pharmacy in the world they play with your prescriptions and treat you like a drug addict even if you only are trying to get your antidepressants to keep yourself sane! The pharmacist is full of herself lying about state laws, i would not recommend you ever go to this cvs.

Oh my goodness. My CVS has been out of my medication for about 5 weeks and they did a search and saw the Waldon Drive had it in stock. They said to call them and so I did. I've NEVER had a pharmacist be so rude over the phone. After explaining my situation to her, she coped the rudest attitude and said that if she has it, she's keeping it "in case her patients need it." I understand when a medication is hard to get, but don't talk down to a patient, and yes a patient of her company.Everyone has bad days, but as a medical professional you shouldn't be a rude witch to someone who is just trying to find their medication. I was very respectful when asking, and then since they didn't have it, I wanted to check if they had a RSV vaccine and she said call your own pharmacy and hung up. CVS is my pharmacy. I NEVER ever had such a mean and rude attitude thrown at me just for asking a question. She needs to learn how to be a descent human being or find herself a job that is away from people.

I use this pharmacy quite a bit and am a bit surprised by the number of 'rude' reviews as I've never experienced this. I even showed up two hours early for my Flu vaccine and the staff was more than accommodating. Perhaps it's a matter of the time or day I go.

One guy there that answers the phone acts as if you're personally ruining his day by asking him to do his job. Other pharmacy staff seem clueless about their own policies. The app and website never works. Lifelong CVS customer but after moving here and experiencing this location, I'm out. Will never do business here again and will tell everyone who will listen to stay away as well.

I gave it one star because 0 isn't an option. We will talk about how rude they are in a later review. But the Pharmacist is rude beyond measure.My mother had surgery today and has been using CVS Walden as her RX for 20+ years since we literally live nextdoor to it. We we showed up 2 hours after her procedure to pick up her pain meds, we found out that they didn't have the meds I mean, a phone call would've been nice. But umprofessi9nalism and lack of patient concern prevails.

On 9/18/23 I went to this location to pick up 3 prescriptions for my daughter. Later that night I realized that I had only gotten 2 out the 3. Today I called to make sure they received the request and they flat out told me no. Immediately after this phone call, I called a provider and I asked them if they sent over the prescription Request they had told me yes they emailed it yesterday morning. I called the Cvs location again and told them what the doctors office had told me. And they told me well we didn’t get it and they hung up. I called the doctors office again to see if they can resend the request. And so they did. When I got out of work today, a full eight hour shift I called this CVS location again to see if the prescription request has been received, and if the prescription was ready, the representative, who answered the phone was somewhat rude and short with her answers. When I asked if my prescription was ready, she then again told me no we never received a request I asked her how can that be? Out of the three prescriptions, it should’ve been in the same time of the original Altogether. She told me not sure what to tell you. We never received the prescription request. Call the doctors office again. Speak to the same rep. I spoke in the morning. I told her what happened. She told me that she was going to A nurse, or a clerk there call in the prescription. The doctors office called me back, almost immediately and told me that the reason that they couldn’t give me the prescription was because they have run out of the antibiotics that my daughter is in need of. And instead of telling me and putting in the request for that antibiotic to be picked up at a different location. They gave me the runaround for almost 10 hours. Thankfully, this is just antibiotics because of this medication was a life-saving medication. Who knows what would happen the disregard for any type of customer service in this location is disgusting. We all could’ve saved time by just getting on the phone saying I’m sorry ma’am we don’t have this available but let me go ahead and check other locations and place an order for the locations who might have this antibiotic. As of today I am switching pharmacies.

Honestly, this is the second time I’ve gone a week without my medicine because every time I come in the line is long or not moving (even with 2 people in it). I have also been told my medicine would be done no sooner than 5:30…as soon as I left and was down the road, they texted me to say it was ready. If anthem and UK cared more about their students health I wouldn’t be using CVS pharmacy. I don’t blame the techs, they are understaffed almost on purpose. I blame CVS and UK.

I have been waiting for medicine since Wednesday, it's now Saturday. I spoke to Charlene who was very rude and sarcastic. I asked for her manager, I was transferred to Lauren who wouldn't turn down her music to help me. I asked for the cvs corporate number. Which is 1.800.shop.cvs, I spoke to Hillary who listened to my whole experience and promised me the general manager would be informed. I have never had this type of service from cvs, I am still waiting for my medication and frankly I am shocked.

Called to ask if script was ready and they said yes. When I arrived they said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Came back two days later and no one even arrived to the pharmacy until five minutes after opening, didn't acknowledge me as they opened the pharmacy and then told me my script wasn't ready. Walked away... so I explained I had already been told it was available. She said my insurance didn't cover it and I explained she didn't even have my insurance info. Then she says that's why they didn't fill it. Would have been great if anyone asked for that. Again she just walks away... just ignores me so I told her to cancel script and had to have my provider call in to another pharmacy. Asking clients at the counter what medications they are waiting on so everyone can hear is a confidentiality breach. This doctor will not be returning.

pharmacy is ok. But I bought 3 items from the store and said they could not scan them .(my old cvs did) ok, so off to the front check out , no one there so off to the self checkout which I was trying to avoid because of bad past experiences > scanned all my 3 items, machine asks did I bring my own bag,I respond no. " Please wait for help " five min later someone appears ,sorts it out. Self check out should be an option not mandatory and it should be user friend.ill be looking for anew pharma as this is not the first time for bad store check out

Absolutely the most unprofessional pharmacist who claimed to be the manager. Literally refused to discuss my concerns and refused to give me her name. What has happened?? I’ve been at cvs @ Walden Dr in Ky for over 20 years, for as long as it’s been open. I’m moving on.

I've been here multiple times now and the pharmacy employees are rude every time. They act like they hate their jobs, too bad this is one of the only places that will take my insurance in the area. Seems like no one wants to take your insurance anymore unless it's Medicaid.

It seems that everytime I have the audacity to call to ask a simple question, it is a great inconvenience to the pharmacist or techs that are there that day. (With the exception of one, unfortunately I did not get her name.) So to the pharmacy staff there, I have to ask, did you really think about your career options before choosing this? Maybe you should take a job where you don't have the misfortune of actually speaking to the people you're "helping".
