There were multiple pharmacy employees working. I was the only person waiting and there was nobody in the drive through. Three employees were clearly having a personal conversation, very unprofessional. Every employee looked at me. Nobody came to the pick up desk to help me. I left and will not be back. There are other pharmacies happy to take care of my prescriptions.

Have had several injections from pharmacist. All have been given with care and attention to my comfort. I have seen the pharmacist go o not the floor and help persons seeking OTC.
I will transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy in near future.

I have been using this pharmacy for two years because of my insurance. I have not said anything publicly for that time span. I am fed up with how rude and disrespectful the pharmacy staff is. They must be some of the unhappiest people on earth. There is a red headed female tech there that needs to be fired. If I talked to someone like she does in my job, I would be discontinued immediately. Please remember pharmacy staff that we patients are coming there because we need our medications. We are not sitting at home coming up with sneaky plans so we can pounce on you and ruin your day. If you are that unhappy with your job and don’t like working with us regular peons, please go somewhere else. I think most people these days don’t want to add an extra negative encounter into their lives. Please just do your job like most of the rest of us do. Don’t be an outlier. It’s not necessary.

This business has had ice on their sidewalk (directly against the side of the building where people walk to get into the building) for over a week. It is extremely hazardous, especially now that some more snow is falling. I stopped in today to ask that it be dealt with. The person I talked with told me "I can't do anything about it" and was told a work order has been put in. Good grief. My neighbors and I have kept the stretch of sidewalk in front of our houses cleared of snow and ice. It is not that difficult. Someone simply has to care about their neighbors and get the job done.

The pharmacy is consistently slow and I guess only one lane in the drive thru is working? No signage to state that though. They seem to only discuss the one prescription you bring up and disregard anything else going on with refills. Moving our prescriptions online.

The prices you see on the CVS website may NOT be the prices you are charged in the store. Today I bought an Afrin Vapor Burst Inhaler -- the website says $7.99, I was charged $11.79. Target has the same product IN STORE for $7.49. Outrageous pricing. I won't be back.

Came through pharmacy drive thru, requested for some rubbing alcohol, pharmacist with short blonde hair refused to grabbed the item, stated she was slammed, to come in and get it, and said she had no one to go grab it for us, and shut the door in our face. I went is she has 4-5 people in there working behind the counter.

Was just at this pharmacy following an urgent care appointment. An elderly woman in line in front of me was trying to get her prescription and the pharmacist had not received it yet and instead of being compassionate or explaining the situation was being rude and talking down to this woman for something that was no fault of her own. The system was not working right as they had not received my prescription yet either, that was no worries. The pharmacist proceeded to snap at me when i said I had received a notification that the doctor had sent it, I wasn’t expecting it to be done was just communication of what happened on my end. When I told the other technician helping us that she was being rude to the elderly woman, to him and to us he said “she’s been here 14 hours.” Well sorry but just because you have been at your job 14 hours doesn’t mean you get to be rude and nasty, especially to elders who clearly are just doing the best they can. We all are, but CVS do better.

The red haired girl in the pharmacy is apparently angry at life and will treat you like garbage and laugh at you when you finally call her out for being rude.

These were the nicest CVS employees I’ve seen. From the pharmacist to the employee helping at check out, each employee seemed like they actually wanted to be there and help.

The store is very nice. I didn't like having to drive 45 minutes out of my way to buy African American Christmas decorations because the store that is 15 minutes from my house does not carry any ethnic decor.

Night cashier was honestly an asshole. Came in to reload card + get rid of change. The cashier huffed and puffed like it was a chore to check if everything was correct.

CVS is on the ball! Their store has more medical and health options than their competition. The team members are ready to help with questions or "how too" when needed. It is well managed, clean, and a safe environment. And I love the savings offers they extend to their shoppers. What's not to love! Keep up the good work CVS!
