This pharmacy is disorganized and rude. They received an order for a first time prescription on Monday and did not take action until I called on Thursday afternoon. They said that they would have to order the medication since it could only be picked up every 28 days. This was the first time I had ever picked up this prescription (it was for my dog and had originally picked up the prescription directly from the vets office) so the 28 days did not apply and was obviously just a way to disguise that they had not taken the appropriate action or done their due diligence. They stated the time sensitive order would be ready on Friday at 2 pm. At 2:45 on Friday afternoon they hadn’t even begun processing the order. When I tried to discuss the issues with the representative, she was very rude and dismissive. If you have any time sensitive medication needs, do NOT go to this pharmacy.

CVS evening staff and male pharmacist, Kieran Siripura are not nice, rude and do not care about helping customers. Makes no effort to help struggling customers to use GoodRX. I messed up by changing from Kroger. They also need a new computer, that excuse is old.

This is for the pharmacy and for the pharmacy only. I will no longer be a customer at another CVS in my life. I am an extra care member and will be switching over to Walgreens. No joke today I got B*TCHED out by the main pharmacist. Guy was completely unprofessional and was yelling at me even through the store while I left. Story below: I have Covid and pink eye in 2 eyes. I don't live here I'm out of town for a trip. All I wanted was my prescription for eye drops so I could drive my three hours and go home to bed. It was 1:24. He said I can't help you we are closed at 1:30. I said no it's 1:24. MAN STARTS YELLING AT ME. I tried to explain how terrible my day had been and he proceeds to say all these insulting and unprofessional things in the store. While I was leaving he CONTINUED to shout out me through the store. Went over to Walgreens and the pharmacist there saw I was upset, even offered to open their pharmacy up 5 minutes early to help me and offered to help me find anything I might need in the store. Complete different customer service model. I am never considering another CVS again in my life. I am in awe by the things a PHARMACIST was saying to me over a basic conversation. He could have been polite and explained that he was busy or whatever but instead was cursing and yelling throughout the entire store.

Larry in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my mother out getting my prescriptions and dealing with a terrible urgent care over the phone for awhile to make sure I got my medicine. Thank you so much Larry, I’m glad there are still good people in the world willing to help others out

My interactions here have always been fine, in spite of the usual onslaught of customers versus number of staff, which is typical just about everywhere you go. All shots received have gone smoothly, and the staff has always been friendly.

Showed up for a covid booster appointment today. Pharmacist said they used up all of their booster doses yesterday. No attempt by the pharmacist to reschedule us elsewhere. CVS also never notified us of this issue. In general, avoid this location. It is a dump. Go to the Walgreens across the street.

Absolutely awful staff who act like it’s an inconvenience to be helping you, when that’s literally their job.

Had an amoxicillin prescription sent in for my son and waited all day yesterday for it to not be ready. Wait the next day and call several times and the terrible automated system told me it was finally ready at noon and I go to pick it up to only find out I’ll have to wait another hour for it. It feels like no one in the pharmacy has any idea what they’re doing.

Very difficult to get a pharmacy staff member on the phone. Waited for someone to pick up for 35 minutes before I called the store directly only to be told they could only put me back into the que to wait for someone to pick up. Which would start my hold time all over again. Highly disappointed!! I’m a nurse and I’ve had my share of waiting to get ahold of pharmacy staff over the years and this is one of the longest waits I’ve sat through before giving up.
