For this to be one of the few places to print canvases in the city please go somewhere else. My order was set for noon, wasn’t ready until 1:18pm. THATS ok, I understand. We show up at 2:50 for them to say it never printed… makes no sense, there’s no customer service, barely even a sorry. Trash

This store is alright. Usually well stocked but never well staffed.Today I needed to check on a prescription for my infant who is very sick. I called to ask a question. Never got thru. Stayed on hold for a long time! Twice. I will still come here and shop and get my prescriptions but it's poor service unfortunately.

Hands down the rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. When you call they act like it's the biggest inconvenience to give you any help. Old Todd's Road is the WORST!

3/30/23 UPDATE: Once again filled a 90 day supply when I ordered a 30 day supply! My measly $100+ a month may not make a dent but another pharmacy will gladly accept me… Bye! Here it is several months later and still same issue! My bank account was busted because they managed to screw up my 30 day supply with a 90 day. How does this happen when I repeatedly request ONLY 30 day supply!!!!!!!!!! Extremely rude pharmacist, since July have requested 30 day refills only, three times! Plus they always fill some random script that I did not order… seriously ?

The staff at this location are nice. They are very slow about getting a prescription filled. I was told that they are low on staff. Manager needs to be sure to keep enough staff to provide good customer service. Not the employees fault. There is never more than 1 pharmacist on duty at most CVS. That makes for even more wait time for customers. The only reason I keep my prescriptions at CVS is the drive thru and the extra bucks that I get every month for using a CVS card. Otherwise I would use Walmart. They have at least 2 pharmacist and numerous pharmacy techs.

This store is a good example of the ways that corporate decisions can screw up something as simple as a corner drug store. Get rid of the dang gone loyalty cards. All they do is slow down the checkout line. Get rid of the self checkout station, which crashed after I scanned one item, forcing the cashier to stop serving customers and go through a very complicated procedure to reset the machine, etc. Corporate inflicts their decisions on the poor staff and gives them more problems instead of helping them do their jobs

They will let you come in and make in person purchases but the restroom is STILL closed. Every other store in America can open their restroom, but the pharmacy that normally doesn't have more than 5 people cannot??? Ridiculous

I haven't been to this location in a while, but was enticed by an online 50% off Photo Printing Sale. Same day photos were ready in less than an hour...much sooner than the estimate. When I arrived at the store, there were no employees visible. I noticed a self checkout and the photo counter. I waited a few moments, then walked a few aisles. Eventually, I had found my photo package at the counter and decided to do the self checkout. Unfortunately, the price rang up incorrectly. I checked the button for assistance, but no one arrived. I walked a few more aisles and saw an employee stocking counters. When I asked for assistance, she responded that I could use the self checkout. I informed her that there was an error, she looked visibly annoyed, but came to assist me. When we both arrived to the checkout counter, there were other customers waiting. It was obvious that this store was understaffed. Hopefully, they will be able to resolve this issue soon.

There is One Employee there (Female) That is ALWAYS RUDE!!..She get irritated fast...Then on the other hand there is another Employee there (Female) that is the sweetest thing..I always hope she is working when I have to pick up my Moms meds
