I was in there to pick up some snacks on 10/10@1:36 pm to be exact. I purchased 2 drinks and a Frigo Colby Jk Turkey 6.3 oz. I get to the register, the cashier is standing there with her mask on, with an attitude, didn't bother to speak.
When she rang my order up, I told her that the Frigo was on sale for $5.59 or $5.99. I don't actually remember. She didn't say anything, just stood there looking at me.
After I paid, I went back and checked the sign and went back to the register to tell her that the price that she charged me was wrong. She huffed off, never saying a word. Came back minutes letter, banging on the register (pushing buttons)...still never saying a word.
Then she handed me my money. During all of this, I smiled and spoke...something that normal people do.
Because of that one employee, I'll never spend my money there again.
**She wasn't wearing a name badge, so I didn't get her name unfortunately, because I woud call their corporate office.

Was great when it opened but continues to go downhill. Icy machine and Ice cream machines are always don’t and unprofessional employees (rude, one young lady had an hickie on her neck, they just don’t care) are the main complaints. Cleanliness at times also. Rarely even go now. Thankfully there’s other options nearby now.

Called to ask if they had a product in stock. The lady said they did. I asked specifically if they had the product in the store. She said yes. I drive to the store. Nope. She lied, so I wasted my time, gas, etc. for nothing. Thanks a lot. …Lazy people with no integrity urk me… it’s not that hard of a job.

99% of the staff is very pleasant and willingly to do their jobs. It's an extremely convenient very small grocery store for an entire neighborhood without a grocery store. There's two cashiers that make me wonder if I'm even welcome there. Their attitude is unfriendly. One cashier, an older lady, won't say a thing to you except the total and a younger lady is equally unfriendly.

The young woman with the septum nose piercing is rude and doesn’t need to be working inside any location / job where customer service is guaranteed. Especially not as a cashier. Maybe cleaning bathrooms and sweeping the parking lot is more of her style, since she’s too good to do her job.

Was standing in line when septum piercing blatantly ignored the young African American lady standing in the front of the line. Then chopped up her lousy excuse as to being because the customer was on the phone. Regardless, she was supposed to use her voice and tell the customer to come next, instead of acting like she didn’t exist. This is the type of service you all provide?

Until the Caucasian young lady with brunette hair, blonde skunk stripes, and septum nose piercing needs to find another job. Always representing IGA on Abigail Way with an unpleasant, derogatory attitude. If you don’t want to do your job then stay home.
