Crossroads IGA Supermarket in Lexington, KY, is a small, convenient grocery store serving the local neighborhood. It offers a variety of products, including real meat, produce, dairy, and gourmet coffee, all at good prices for a smaller store. The store is noted for being very clean and providing enough space to sit, making shopping pleasant. The staff is generally very pleasant and willing to help, with several employees running the check-out to reduce wait times. Customers particularly appreciate the friendly service of some staff members, especially one named Vanessa. The store features a deli bar, restrooms, and an attached Shell station, where gas prices are competitive. The rotisserie chicken and other products are highly praised, comparable in quality to larger stores like Sam's Club, but at a better price. However, there are some concerns about the cashiers, as two of them are described as unfriendly, only saying the total without further interaction. Despite this, the overall shopping experience is positive, especially for those living nearby or with limited mobility. The store's staff has gone above and beyond, with one employee helping a customer by bringing items to her car during an illness, demonstrating their willingness to assist. Overall, Crossroads IGA is valued for its convenience, good product selection, and friendly service, making it a helpful addition to the neighborhood.
Was great when it opened but continues to go downhill. Icy machine and Ice cream machines are always don’t and unprofessional employees (rude, one young lady had an hickie on her neck, they just don’t care) are the main complaints. Cleanliness at times also. Rarely even go now. Thankfully there’s other options nearby... read full comment

I absolutely love this store. So much better than dealing with Krogers. Friendly staff.

Nice placeClean in the storeBathrooms are probably hard to keep clean bc of usage but you should get a hand dryer in there or something bc towels are usually out but also too many paper towels come out with those pull models
