The absolute worst experience with a contractor of my life. Johnny and Donny were as rude and incompetent of any 2 human beings I've ever encountered. Their work was sub par to put it nicely. Donny left a mess and uncompleted work everywhere he went. Johnny got angry at me for being angry and threatened me. To top it off, I had to vacate my home for hours for them to come back and re-do the same work that should have been done correctly in the first place. Came home to a huge mess. The floors were disgusting, my vertical blinds were broken, and my dog was bleeding from a strange cut on his leg.Don't hire them unless you want to clean up their urine and take your dog to the vet.

I called Cross Carpet Repair And More to ask about a general carpet issue and inquire about having someone come to do a repair. I spoke with Michelle Cross. Michelle was so kind as to give me an idea that I could try myself (thus foregoing any chance at a service call for her business). It worked like magic. I am grateful to this lady for the help, without any profit in it for her store. Of course I would call them again in the future!

We had an area of carpet that needed to be patched up at the bedroom threshold due to our dog acting out. My phone calls were returned promptly, we were able to get the repair scheduled in a timely manner and he showed up right on time! Hopefully my dog will behave and I won't have to contact Cross Carpet again but if she doesn't they will be my first call! Thanks again!

I had visitors with a dog for the weekend. While we were out of the house, the dog pulled up and shredded a piece of carpet in front of an upstairs bedroom door (about a 4x3 patch). Cross Carpet came and not only did a great repair (can't even tell), but the work area was cleaned up and everything looked back to normal when he left. He was kind enough to provide me with some advice/guidance on installing some flooring in another property and also provided carpet stretching services for me at that same rental. I was thrilled with the price and the quality was spot on for everything. Highly recommend. He seems to be in it to make an honest living versus milking customers for every dime possible. Much appreciated.
