Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.

I had some questions about my my phone line and they cover all my needs from the beginning until the end with their professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend to speak with them. Unexpected fees the manager is good but her staff are rude and she should hire or train them better to example fees.

The guy had no idea what he was talking about and apparently they dont have a corporate number. Trying to charge me to fix the fact that they gave me a phone number that was already in use. No thank you.

The experience with Cricket's representative, Cedric, was absolutely unacceptable. Consequently, as a result of Cedric's lack of consideration and professionalism, Cricket has lost a customer(s).
