I have been with Members the whole time and I feel it has provided me with a good overall service. I don't do too many complicated things in general, I actually don't even have the app, signing in and out is easy enough for me. I have not dealt with many issues with my account being hacked or things like that, and one time that I can recall, they notified me immediately.
I had my first car loan through Members, which I paid off several years ago now. I had a great rate and no issues with that that I can recall.
My credit card rate has stayed excellent, and I hardly get charged a monthly fee because it's easier to keep up with paying down enough and early enough to avoid the fee- so much so that I really don't trust using any of my other credit cards because they are usually charge a monthly fee regardless.
It's a great credit union for keeping things simple.
There is one friendly clerk that is very security gone-whole crazy. It bothered me at first, but I am used to him now, and I just really kind of avoid him or come back another time. He's just really really doing his job super duper seriously ?. Like really.
Several years ago, I dealt with an isolated situation with waiting in line inside the Pimlico Branch, it made me upset at the time, but it really was a small thing. They have done some recent updates there, so hopefully it's easier now to tell what's going on with their line now.
More free ATMs would be great.”
