Loved walking into this family friendly store. Lexington ky provides great service with a happy smile. Their favorite thing we all love is when they refuse the Costco card we work for and get ID’d for. It’s very lovely please go here for an experience like this.

One 🌟 not for Costco but for DOLE WHIPPED/CREAMY pineapple cups…it’s the most awful thing I ever tried… is the trash! Wasted $9,99. Feel sorry for the kids that parents buy for them…

I love Costco but please consider a different entrance for the pharmacy or a drive thru. I don't understand why you'd want sick people walking all through the store and sick people don't want to walk all through the store to get over to the pharmacy. Everyone else has a drive thru.

I've enjoyed Costco ever since it came to town. Only place where I buy gasoline. Picked up a great printer at a reasonable price too.

I only want to do a one star for this one i have had a bad experience at costco's before i always take my service dog with me everywhere because she has all public access to all places there was a employee at costco's that was petting my service dog without asking me first this is not ok for employees and for people to pet service dogs we appreciate that store employees love to see service dogs in there stores but petting a service dog is against the law any store employee could be sued for their job i hope that this doesn't happen again I'm autistic I may seem like I like people patting my dog a lot. But I really don't she is a service dog not a pet she's been though a lot of training i do not want to have to retire my service dog please be educating too your employees at your store, thank you

Shopping for bulk pricing is good. Gas is fine. Store stays pretty organized, stocked and clean. Front end members are not welcoming. I could be assuming but maybe a little too stressed or something? Daryl was outright rude.

Love grocery shopping here. I have not tried a thing yet that I have disliked (well maybe the pumpkin pie because it was bland) . I have yet to get here when their famous rotisserie chicken is available, it's always sold out.
If you need a power buggy it's mostly hit or miss, most people just bring their own chairs and tow a cart. Lots of fake service dogs in here, so be on the lookout.

Nice store, clean, good prices but doesn’t carry dry pinto or black beans. Still very good. L

Price compared Costco to Sam’s this weekend
Eggs over $1.00 cheaper at Sam’s (Costco also higher than Kroger or Meijer), Bacon cheaper at Sam’s per pound , paper towels cheaper at Sam’s, ground beef even. Cheaper at Sam’s ( and Meijer) Sam’s was a lot friendlier at the entrance, checklanes, and at the exit. No hassle or treated rudely. Costco needs to work on the attitude.

Employee at customer service could not figure out how to take a return for some shoes I bought at Costco.com. She was super rude about it and was unable to help.

They have nice options and I plan to keep the membership but geez the mall cop attitudes from some of the cashiers is very strange. No need to treat someone like a criminal over a membership card that you clearly have to have to buy anything??.. like calm down hall monitor my card is right here…
