Tire sale good but the manger of the tire center is very rude. I bought my Michelin tires there a year ago and experienced a flat tire this morning. I’m dreading taking it back to Costco Lexington to be repaired.

I brought my wife's van in for a tire repair. The service adviser told me that it had 2 holes that were too close together to be repaired. Since they were going to have to order the replacement and I was very skeptical, I took the van to another repair shop and found that there was only one tiny hole that they eepaired for 1/10th of the cost at COSTCO.I am extremely disappointed.

Costco Center in Lexington provides great service and excellent customer service. I have been getting new tires at Costco for many years because of the fair price, free tire rotations, and excellent service. An added bonus are the free nitrogen pumps in fron of the tire center where you can fill up your tires if the pressure has dropped. I highly recommend this Costco Tire Center.

Excellent location, conveniently located in Lexington. We love their food court! Hot dog combos, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and soft serve strawberry vanilla twist sundaes are our favorites! Excellent place to shop for clothes, home goods, electronics, furniture, food and just about anything that you would want!

This was my first experience buying tires at Costco. There is a lot to like here and I will consider going back in the future. But there is also a lot to dislike as well. I got good quality Michelin tires at a good price. The installation went fine. I had ordered the tires and set up an appointment online. The lady at the desk seemed confused and initially didn't seem to understand that I had already paid for the tires and all installation/disposal costs plus tax. They then said it would take 90 minutes to complete despite the fact that I had made an appointment several days in advance. There was a bay available when I got there, but I didn't get that bay. They should prioritize customers with appointments over walk-ins. I'm a Costco shopper so it isn't difficult to pass the time there. Plus they have a food court with plenty of seating. And as I say I am happy with the tires and the pricing. Next time I may see if I can find a place that is a little better organized.

The people that love Costco are my people! We are lucky to live very close to Costco so we do a lot of shopping there. The store is impeccably clean, service is swift and always good! If anything is wrong they always take care of it professionally.

I love costco… but… Can we maintain our safety devices at the gas pumps? Can we have nice things like windshield squeegee? How about paper towels for cleaning gas drip or other things on our car? I don’t understand why you don’t want to show your members more love at your gas stations?

Love Costco. Gas prices at the Bardstown rd location are almost always 10 cents cheaper than the Brownsboro location.

New member happily purchasing a set of tires from a competitor due to the rude representatives in Lexington. Staff was completely unhelpful with ordering a set of tires. Laughed and responded simply, "no" when I asked about ordering a set of tires and scheduling an appointment within the next week.If the entire process was online, that could have simply been the answer to my question of, "Hey, I'm looking to get a set of tires ordered and installed this week."
