COSTCO, WORST Pharmacy in LexingtonI had some prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. It took the pharmacy about a week to fill.I tried to use a card which had my sons name on it because he was letting me borrow money for my prescriptions, a supervisor was called he refused to accept the payment even though he was on the phone.Costco pharmacy hours are horrible for the working person.I spoke with the pharmacist 1-27-24 and beyond rude.I then had to speak with a manager . Finally the prescriptions were transferred.I was going to purchase a membership, but I will keep my money and definitely shop somewhere else.I wouldn’t give COSTCO 0 stars , but that is not a choiceAB

No poblem with their products. I went there today and they didn't let our small dog to come in. We took him there several times but this tome the guy at the door ddin;t. At the same time a lady who had a small dog just like our wlaked in with no problem. They called the mangaer and said their policy changes depending on who the manager is. They will not let the dod who is emotional support to us to come in eventhough we offered to ho;d the the dog. While in the store I saw the lady with her dog. She was on the leash walking with her. Asked the guy at the door and he said not under his watch. I know as a mtter of fact the lady walked in while the guy was there. He sart being rude at the end. Such a shame that theie policy cahnges depending on who the manger is or who is at the door. I guess they guy didn't like us.

The people that love Costco are my people! We are lucky to live very close to Costco so we do a lot of shopping there. The store is impeccably clean, service is swift and always good! If anything is wrong they always take care of it professionally.

Love Costco. Gas prices at the Bardstown rd location are almost always 10 cents cheaper than the Brownsboro location.

Costco is one of my favorites - great variety of products, good prices and good quality. Only drawback is that on Saturday afternoon the lines are so long, but I guess everyone has a schedule like me.

Optical department people are great, BUT you guys need a check in sheet it number system so we are not standing here for 3 hrs waiting for our random turn. It's highly inefficient.

Totally love Costco and it's prices. We spend an awful lot of money every month at Costco and there are times when we've had to return an item due to being rotten, etc. I've had bad mushrooms a day after purchase, bad salad, again a day after purchase, even blackberries. When I return them at the Naples store I get an attitude at times from some of the customer service people. I know it's long hours there and a difficult job, but there is no reason to doubt a customers word. Yes, I realize there are those that abuse the return policy, but not myself.

10 stars! Had a question about my tire and rim and the auto mechanic at the tire center was so nice. He quickly ascertained the problem and I was blown away by his kindness. I guess this is one reason Katy Perry moved to Kentucky :) I also filled up the car and it was the lowest price I've seen in awhile - $3.86

While taking care of a relatives Furbaby, I was gifted a Costco membership. I went to the store to purchase pet food/items. I was greeted immediately and directed to the membership counter. The associate explained all levels of membership thoroughly. Once my card printed, I browsed the store. As I walked in every department, I was greeted by other associates. I eventually found all the pet items and headed for checkout. Two associates offered to checkout my items and even scan them directly from my cart. However, I declined and checked the items myself. Once checked out, I decided to get a snack. I eventually settled on an whole cheese pizza. All in all a great experience.
