I am traveling for work..stopped in to buy wax and got the microwaveable honee all purpose I asked twice if this needed wax strips she said no so I only purchased the sticks and remover.I am now in a hotel with 0 ways to get this off bc the employee doesn’t know her products. This shouldn’t be a thing when you are working in a PROFESSIONAL supply store.

This used to be my favorite location. However this is the 2nd or 3rd time that I have driven an hour to Lexington only to be greeted by the surprise sign on the door stating "curbside only." I often try new products and I like to browse what is available. Can't do that from the curb.

Nothing ANYWHERE within the online description or any postings on the doors state that you have to be a LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST to shop there. They don’t ask as you come in or hint to it whatsoever. Regular NON LICENSED individuals like myself would have no way of knowing I wouldn’t be able to shop there. Wasted an hour of my day browsing just to be told the items I had selected I wouldn’t be able to purchase and the person “checking” me out acted as if I should already know this when nothing indicates that fact. Waste of time, and very very unprofession.
