This store was recommended to me when I was searching for a particular Tom Ford perfume for myself, but I was unsure of the name of. The sales lady was extremely unhelpful (i.e. she chose to show me some other brands despite my insistence that it was Tom Ford), and very judgmental. While looking me up and down, she informed me several times that their perfumes start at $300 (as though I was beneath her and couldn’t afford it. Side note: I’m an attorney). While I admit that I was in a sweater and leggings, I feel this is the attire for most modern women when shopping and running errands. Needless to say, her attitude and uncalled for snobbiness discouraged my sale after I found what I was looking for, and I bought my perfume elsewhere. I highly recommend Tom Ford Ebeńe Fume, if anyone is looking for a new scent. :)

Very nice upscale fragrance and cosmetic/skincare bar! It was nice to sample fragrances such as, Kurkdijan, Tom Ford, Parfums de Marly, Kilian, Creed, etc.

The staff here are the best in the business — extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I’m a novice in skincare and received 1 on 1 help to find exactly what I was looking for. The store has a lot of products to offer, plenty masculine products too, and I had a totally pleasant time chatting with the saleswomen and learning about the different soaps and fragrances they offered. They even knew the history of the brands they carried, which was interesting to learn about. This has to be the best cosmetics store in Lexington and I’ll definitely be back.

Cos Bar, ladies very kind, know their products. Never any pressure, even if have questions. Due to Covid, my husband doesn't want me in stores until safe to do so. I call, chat with Alisha, and she graciously takes my order no matter how big or how small, and mails it to my home. Great service! Always lets me know what she thinks, best way to apply, and what is nice about any particular product, maybe something I hadn't thought of. Value their input. I do like having them local so not having to go through a website, and when able, seeing colors and products in person. Helps me make a decision. Glad we have them locally. I'm really impressed with Cos Bar.

What a great Cos Bar. One of my favorite beauty shops and not always easy to find. I've never had a bad experience at a Cos Bar, but Alicia C. made my most recent experience PHENOMENAL. She is the reason I prefer smaller stores to a Sephora, et al. Such an awesome, personalized, non-rushed and, FUN shopping trip. Not to mention her suggestions were spot on. Alicia C. rules and so does Cos Bar Lexington. Get in there pronto!

Love, love, LOVE this store. Alisha has assisted me since I first visited years ago and she continues to remember my frequently purchased items and suggest others I’d like. It’s so nice having someone who takes the time to really understand their client’s desires and deliver! She texts me whenever there’s an event, and although I’ve moved out or town, I still shop with her simply because of how well she cares for her people. Alisha, thank you! Cos Bar should give that woman a raise! ;-)

The products are obviously excellent here; could hope for a bigger selection, but there are still new things to discover every time you visit. The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; they'll spray whatever scents if you ask them to, give wonderful recommendations for other products that may interest you, and give you the scoop on upcoming promotions or deals that would lighten the blow to your bank account. Love it!

I’ve purchased more fragrances from Cos Bar than I care to admit from multiple stores, but mainly this location—my favorite one. They provide an excellent shopping experience every time, even over the phone, which is hard to do ! The staff is very friendly and has a sense of humor. They know their stuff, too. If I ask a question about a product, they instantly can rattle off things about it and recommendations. I’m so impressed with how accommodating they are as well.10/10 on all fronts—so much better than somewhere stuck-up like Saks or Neiman. Can’t recommend them enough!
