“Stopped in on Sunday right around the time of opening, needing to see what options were available for an iPhone upgrade. These stores can be a bit overwhelming for an old codger like me. LOTS of activity going on, but I was immediately helped and directed to the right spot. Everyone was informed, helpful and friendly. Seems in today's world you are lucky if you find one out those 3. Really appreciated it on a cold and blustery day.”
“Great items and caught a few things on sale! Only reason not 5 star because i went to pick up an item during blackfriday and bought few more things while i was there. I wasnt able to get help with my pickup item that was in the back, but they had no problem going and getting a xbox i hadnt paid for yet from the back. Yet when i went to get my pick up item. No one was able to go get it from the back for me. I know they were busy, just seemed weird..m.”
“Easy in and out to grad a new Starlink Dishy. The sales guy was very talkative and trying to upsell some sort of warranty to us in addition to the included Starlink trial period. Hard pass. That peeved me. Love Starlink and how accessible it is to quickly purchase a Dishy now.”
