This company is amazing, does great work at a great price. Willing to work with you on the prices if they can. Great that they will shuttle to and from home if you need to be or to work or where you need to go. Good honest hard working men, and women. I give them 50 out of 10 if I could.

I really appreciate the customer service I received today from John and the owner herself, Lydia. Recently went through the big D (I don’t mean Dallas ?) from a mechanic, so having to pay for services already hurt my bank acct and my heart. They took care of my issue and made it right. I’ll always give credit where credit is deserved and these two definitely deserve recognition for their kind hearts. 5 stars & God bless ❤️

Just left complete auto repair. I went to them after being told my car needed new brakes, new cv joints and new struts front and back from a nationwide auto repair shop. Complete auto did a thorough inspection of my car and to my surprise they told me nothing was wrong with my car. Yes I had some wear and tear on my suspension but all was in good order. Not "critical " wear like I was told by the other shop. Best $65.00 I ever spent not the $1500 to $2000 the other shop wanted. We will be going to complete auto for all our needs from now on. The people were polite, professional and treated us with respect and courtesy. HIGHLY recommend the team at complete auto to everyone in the lexington ky area. Thanks complete auto!

The service is excellent! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work! I was better to get my AC serviced, it’s working so well I need a jacket. I was able to make an appointment for the service, but was informed I couldn’t wait for my vehicle even though there were seats and refreshments. It would’ve been convenient to work while I waited instead of having to Uber home and back. I had to save up to afford the repairs. I didn’t have anyone to drop me off or pick me up. They ended up letting me wait, I felt uncomfortable doing so after previously being told I couldn’t wait.

Complete has seen many days in this business and yet continue to climb and fight there way to the top. For years I’ve been bringing my cats here for repairs. Always smiling faces, always gets me by name. Love this place. Recommend to all. Best in Lex, test them out and I’ll bet you have just as nice experience!

Best in Lexington, best in business! You want things done cheap while cutting corners then this isn’t going to be the place for you.
If you want things done professionally, willingness to explain anything and everything you may not understand? Well my experience was exactly that. I’m not a car person, I don’t know Jack. But after dropping my vehicle off I was called few hours later to be told my diagnostic. I had no idea what they were talking about, happily it was broken down and explained in away I could understand.
Grateful for that I was quoted a price that seemed reasonable, but I had no idea. So after taking it over with a buddy I came to the conclusion of having the repair done. In reasonable time I was able to pick my car up, and it’s been like new ever since. Now I will have them do any minor or major repairs in the future. Extremely recommend, highly express giving them a call if just to find out for yourself! Can’t say thanks enough. See you all soon!

Staff was friendly however I am not sure they did the appropriate diagnostics on my car. Was having transmission issues when the cold weather started this winter but it would run fine when it heated up. Brought it here and they said I needed a new transmission for $8,300 used (it is a 2013 Lexus). I have just been waiting for it to go out. Finally I figured it was worth changing the transmission fluid because it was starting to act up in the warm weather. Took it to my local guy to change it and he said the fluid was low when he drained it all out. $150 later I am running fine. I would make sure diagnostics or simple things like a fluid change was done prior to taking their word.

The employees here are friendly and incredible. The service is great! They helped us make the best decision after our engine blew out on our car. Highly recommended.
