Excellent service and communication. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect from a collision center. Very professional and high quality work. I felt 100% confident they were fixing it correctly.
Had to take my truck in to get repairs from an accident. It’s always difficult having to deal with situations like this when someone else was at fault, but Joe Hudson’s made the experience as easy as possible. Communication was excellent and the repairs were made in a timely manner (earlier than expected). They made sure to keep me constantly updated and informed on the process of the repairs.
Definitely would recommend.

My car had unfortunately been hit on the rear passenger side. I took it to Joe Hudson's Collision Care on a Monday, and by Friday I had it back looking so amazing. They did such an awesome job on replacing and painting my door and getting the paint right. Spot on. Thank you so much!

Please do not go here! Not only did they not repair it correctly, they promised to repair it and never followed through. I was ghosted by the company.
Reply to comment: This part was supposed to arrive April 2nd and I was told it was shipped. If it was backordered, this information would have been communicated and I would not have been ignored. It is now April 12th, and no communication since the 4th, despite contacting the manager directly.

Communication about our vehicle was terrible! Was told it would take 3-5 days to repair--they had it for 16 days. I understand things happen once you get into the repair--all I ask for is communication!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!! Went there get my bumper fixed and they tried to scam me out of OVER $2,000. When I went to go pick my car up, I only had $1,000 left to pay (I paid for parts prior), and they said I owned over $3,000 stating that they found "other damage". I never got a single call or email to approve this $2,000 extra work and they tried to put it back on me. DO NOT LET THEM DO THAT. I paid what I said I was owed previously ($1,000) and left with my car.
