The Carwash completely tore up my rear bumper and they claim “nothing happened in our car wash.” Explain to me how a BRAND NEW, 2024 car goes in the car wash with NO damage, then comes out with a torn off bumper??? Why have cameras then if none of them can “see anything”. They refuse to help in any way and I am NOT happy. Good thing I cancelled my membership.

This is the second time that I have had less than decent service. There was still bird doodoo on the windshield and side window, the interior windows were barely cleaned and you could see where they just swirled a cloth over parts of them. The interior was somewhat vacuumed, but there were still crumbs in several places. The cup holders were not wiped out, nor the phone charging area. Very, very disappointed and I will not be back. $32.00 is way too much to spend not to have a clean car.

Just one example of what the car still looked like after I paid to have the car wiped out and vacuumed. They also left their blue tape on the bumper of the car and I had to remove it and it s dirty underneath. Ridiculous for the price charged and the time spent there.

This was the worst service I’ve ever received from Clean Sweep on Richmond Road. Called the manager but did not receive anything but offer to bring it back so he could look at it, since I live 20 miles one way from this business didn’t feel this was a good option. I took pictures and sent them to him by email. I was really surprised when I pulled in to the business and there was no one inline, well I certainly know why now!! PITIFUL SERVICE!!!!

Got the most expensive car wash they had up there the super Wash or whatever it was and they wouldn't even vacuum out the side door pockets or the console said I had to get a detailed job to get that vacuumed out.. I am very dissatisfied they could at least try to wipe that out for me made it look halfway decent. Talk to the manager Brandon Hobbs and he just told me he understood whatever that means.lol

This is the second time I’ve been to this car wash and it’s the second time it’s been a waste of money. They didn’t even try to clean this out. And no, the rest of my car doesn’t look like this. I had a spill and a cracker.

I worked on Palumbo drive and have used them since they first opened. I am retired and drive from Versailles Ky. to use them now. They are the BEST !!!!

Went here and paid $38 for the ceramic coat full works wash however I’m highly dissatisfied of the results the car looked clean on the outside but however, where they clean the tires I noticed that the residue from the cleaning compound got all over the vehicle. Also on the interior there’s patches where they miss spots and they didn’t even touch my console they’re still dirt and grime all over it, next time I will take my car to Jeff’s where I am always highly satisfied

My experience was sad today at clean sweep on Richmond Road. I've been coming here for years gradually over time the quality of my detail deteriorated. Now I know why...I've always had my car detailedb there through the summer. They do a pretty good job. However, today they were backed up over an hour and a half wait so I use the free vacuums in the back. I'm not ever going to do that again They have no suction. I'm not exaggerating it's ? awful. They need to do some upgrades and hire some help or they're going to lose a bunch of people and it's sad used to be the best in town.

Always Great Wash, the unlimited is well worth the money when one standard car wash is around $15 plus and you can get their best unlimited for $39.99.
They always will tape an emblem to protect it and hand dry the vehicle after.
Well worth the money
