I came here because I had some Arron's to run as I live in Nicholasville and there is a brand new location there, I noticed that it didn't clean my car near as good as the new locations do, the guys who dry your car on the way out did a poor job with the exception of the long brown hair guy with the ear buds in. I won't be back to this location, I understand the equipment is a lot older but I was really surprised in just how big the difference is between this location and the newer ones

Outstanding! The two employees who took my order were so kind and efficient. They gave me a rundown of all the cleaning packages, without being pushy.

I went for the first and LAST TIME, Do not waste your money on BAD SERVICE, I paid for the unlimited service and it was the worst I could receive, And they also steal things from your car. They did it to me with an object of little monetary value but of GREAT VALUE BECAUSE my Mother, who has already passed away, gave it to me and this makes me VERY ANNOYED.

They went above and beyond with the cleaning. I told them they didn't have to worry about the rear of my car but they went ahead and worked around it.

I'm going to go ahead and cancel my membership with these guys.
$300 can't even get me my center console cleaned.
I spent over an hour today cleaning out all the trash from my car before bringing it in for a detail. Waited over an hour and a half so I expected every sqaure inch of my car to be cleaned. They didn't even bother opening my center console.
Literally never again. For $300 I can buy a kit from Amazon and clean my car myself.

Every time I visit the car wash it never can read my sticker. I Always have to wait until an associate comes out and help me.
