Simply not happy. Cut and keratin treatment not what I asked for or expected. Two trips back for redo ~ 2nd time keratin product was not there so I had to come back a 3rd time but I let her do lowlights not to waste her time. I felt like the stylist didn't want to be there even though it was her own business~ I believe she was unfamiliar with her products and process. She stumbled around to find her single clip in her bag on the floor every time... Took multiple smoke breaks, smelled of cigarette smoke and was simply going thru' the motions. I wasted my time and money. I tipped 20% each time and bought her suggested keratin shampoo/conditioner as she suggested on top of it. I feel I let myself get took!
