Took my 2016 Audi A6 to Clarks Auto Repair to have them troubleshoot a blind spot detector issue. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Ethan found the problem quickly and resolved the issue! The receptionist was efficient and very responsive. Thank you Ethan for the great service! I will definitely come back next time I have any problems with either of my vehicles.

Kellie and the team were exceptional.
They let me know what the issue was within a day of me dropping off the car and then worked with me on making sure we got everything fixed within the next day of them diagnosing the issue. The team made sure I was taken care of and understood what exactly the problems were. They were upfront with everything and never seemed to want to take advantage of me which is nice as that tends to be a common practice with different mechanics. Overall I would recommend them every time for anything you would need!

I actually never make it there because lady who answered phone never get back to me even she said she will call me back with price for oil change ?. So I will say so far from my experience customer service is sucks. If you don't know answers for simple questions like how much is oil change you don't have to work there. On top of that she was rude to me. She asked me what type of car I have and after I said she jumped on me and said is that you who is calling us all the time? I said huh? That was my first time trying to call them. That wasn't nice. She didn't know how much oil change and said I have to check it and get back to you. Never did.

I can't thank Kelly & Ethan enough for helping me out in a bad situation. We're from GA & were supposed to return the next day. A horrible noise started coming from the front right of our car. My husband was sick & I would be driving thru the GA mountains. I read the reviews & felt comfortable calling Clarks to see if they could help me. Kelly said they were really backed up due to the holiday, but bring it in & they would take a look. Maybe they could take care of it the next day. I took it in & Ethan took a drive with me, then took the car into the shop. The horrible noise turned out to be a loose caliper bolt & a missing one. Also my front brakes were shot & the back weren't looking great. Ethan showed me, but it didn't mean much. I told them if they could, I wanted them all replaced. They ended up being able to do it that afternoon & we were safely on our way the next day. I felt comfortable they were doing the right thing & I was very thankful for them quickly helping out someone who will probably not be a return customer. However, I did give their information to my sister & brother in law for future use. Thank you again, for your help.

Got charged 400 dollars for spark plugs and some random “test” we didn’t even ask for. Car died a few weeks later and we saw something that was held together by a zip tie… never coming back
