The bank where I have my commercial mortgages was purchased by City National Bank. I have 9 mortgages with this company and can't pay them on the website. I have to mail or bring a check to the bank. Bank with City National and step into the 1990s. Pitiful.

I have had so many terrible experiences with this bank. they have terrible customer service and will gossip about other customers in front of you. the people who work here are people who should never work in customer service. they are rude, unhelpful, and truly unwelcoming.

Sat in the lobby for 30 mintues with no service. Watched the employees converse with each other as if I was invincible. Worst experience ever especially when your sick an never wanted to come outside

Nothing but good things to say about Mitch Florence and City Bank. Mitch was always there to answer my myriad (first-time home-buyer) questions. Very thankful for the wonderful service he and City provided, and continue to provide.
