My grandmother took me in to Chicos because it's one of her favorite stores. They didn't have a lot that was in my style but they took wonderful care of us. They know my grandmother by name and were right by our side answering questions and taking things to the dressing room for us. Overall great experience!

Staff was very friendly and helpful but disappointed in selection. Didn't seem to have the same attractive selection as online.

Nice place, very helpful sales people. I was looking for more tailored clothing.....it seems more casual and loose, almost Bohemin fitting with Chicos.Headed over to Talbots and found perfect tailored clothing.

I love to go here with my spouse. We always find attractive clothing in a variety of flattering colors. The Wife always looks gorgeous. We often find exactly what we need at Chico's. To all you fellas out there, this is a pretty easy place to go to shop. The store is not too big, but it is filled with great clothing. That way, you can get in, and get out. If you know your wife's color wheel, that's a big plus. What can I say. Ladies love a metrosexual.

I find the sales staff delightful and available to offer assistance as needed. I prefer to be pointed in the right direction and left on my own unless I have a question. The sales associates are always helpful and pleasant. It's interesting to note that the reviewer Evan A. has posted 10 one star reviews and 3 two star reviews out of a total of 21 reviews. Makes me go "Hmmm...", just saying, "Hmmmm...."

You know that scene in Pretty Woman when the snotty shop girls refused service to Julia Roberts? Well, I see where those women have moved...to Lexington, Ky, Landsdowne Shops on Tates Creek Road. I was/am shopping for several gifts for special people in my life who are having big events in their lives this summer. Chico's had several different sales going on today though out the store. I kept hearing one of the shop girls saying that everything that was marked down (in price) IN RED PEN, was %50 off. However, an item I was looking at had a sign above it stating that all necklaces were $20. The price was not the problem. I was just confused if it was $20 or %50 off the RED PEN price, which would have made it a few dollars cheaper. So I politely inquired about this discrepancy to one of the shop girls. I had the item in my hand. The shop girl said, "It's $20." She attempted to walk away. I tried to ask her about the discrepancy again. She turned around-obviously very annoyed with me and say in the rudest way possible, "It's $20". She then stormed off. I replaced the piece, as I would never purchase anything from any store who does not care about providing customer service to their CUSTOMERS! As I walked out she was being very nice to a group of senior citizens, unfortunately they were blocking the only path in which I could exit the store. I said excuse me, pardon me, I need to get though- no one was moving. So I did my best to cram my body into a rack of clothing to get by. As I passed by, I heard that same shop girl say- "Well, excuse us"- quitely under her breath in that snotty, mean way that was OBVIOUSLY meant for me. I guess they only cater to elderly women- which is really needed in the retail market right now, with all the baby boomers 'coming of age'. I applaud Chico's for that. However, I would expect their customer service to include people of all ages.
