Customer service at this location is the best! Keyron has remembered and greeted me by name since the first time he helped me in the drive thru. It’s crazy how nice it makes me feel being greeted by name before giving my id/cards.Every other associate that’s helped me has been equally friendly and attentive.

This is the McDonald's shake machine of Chase locations. I've lived on Richmond Rd for 4 years and I can only remember ONE time the ATM actually worked. Embarassing.

**CAUTION** if needing help after bank hours they do nothing to help! A customer support agent Will try to explain how everything is your fault , and you will need to speak to someone else to follow Business day. I would recommend using a shoebox to save your money before handing it over to Chase, thanks

The ATMs yes both of them at this location are never working. It is completely and utterly unacceptable as you are holding my money. Due to this issue being unresolved for months, we will be closing all accounts with chase and moving to a more reliable bank

They were charging me $10.00 to cash a Chase Check from one of their client’s who wrote out a personal checking account check to me as payment for services rendered. Not going to accept Chase Checks any more only cash. They don’t back up their clients checks. Was going to open an account with them now I won’t.

I formally came affiliated with this bank because of an employee that is presently employed here, who is very professional and knowledgeable about his work ethic. This employee and I had met 4 to 5 years ago. He then worked at another location. I met him and he extended a hand in finding out what my needs were. I usually come to the bank on Saturdays, and sometimes thru the week. During this process of getting to know me as a client, he and I became friends. I really appreciate the services that he provided for me and my church account. Upon meeting him,and talking with him,he mentioned a promotion for this location on Richmond rd. And,that he would be leaving his present location. I congratulated him for his promotion, and he said stop in sometimes when you're in the area,and I said Ok,I will. So,I wrote this review on Will Thomas because of his love for the clients and his love and concern in helping his clients. Hes never said he's to busy, or he doesn't have time, or talk to someone else. Will Thomas brings the bank alive! And he's very vocal, and knows his job very well! To the manager at Richmond rd bank, you have a worker that deserves a raise for his,awareness, his dedication, his reputation, and his relentless performance in his profession.

I came in to work through finance transactions for my father's estate. Matt Cracraft was very helpful in answering questions and processing my requests. Excellent customer service.

I have been told different things about the monthly service fees by the SAME person, supposedly the manager. She was rude and gave misinformation the first time we spoke months ago and acts like she never said it. I’ve been charged for monthly service fees that I was told I wouldn’t be charged for. Thought I was maintaining the correct amount that I was told to maintain and now I’m being told I was supposed to maintain a larger amount, which I would have done had I not been told the lower amount. I was tricked into maintaining a lower amount so that they could charge fees. Worst customer service ever.
