This banks only real value is in the drive through ATM. By far the slowest service of any Chase bank in Lexington. If you have to deposit a check, go somewhere else or plan for a 20 minute wait.

I have been banking with Chase for years and have always had a pleasant experience but today for the 1st time there was a wait to see a banker and the associate who greeted us and asked us to have a seat was discriminatory her name is Savannah , she let other people who came in after us go ahead and it felt racist.Sad to maar a good institution have people who are picking and choosing and not looking at the time people came in. I don't know If I would like to continue with an institute who have associates give preferences based on the color of your skin

They dont answer phones (after 10 mins trying to get through the system & it hangs up if you dont have your acct #), atm regularly "not taking deposits right now", no drive-thru (why have a branch at all?), when you open your acct plan to be there a long time while they grill you on your personal life so they can solicit you on anything they can think of. A week later they call you at home (leaving vague voicemails & making you nervous so youre inclined to call back) pretending they want to make sure everythings set with your banking...wait for it...so they can casually bully you with solicitations again. Almost like reading from a script.

What a disappointing experience. We were re-directed here from the Romany branch whose system was down. The folks at Romany were super nice and helpful and called ahead to Tates Creek to let them know we were on our way. Yet when we arrived at the Tates Creek branch, 35 minutes before they closed, the branch manager told us their banker wouldn't be able to help us because they wouldn't have enough time, followed by her leaving the building and getting in her car and driving away. Not what I would expect from a manager, and not what I expect from Chase given previous great experiences at the Romany and Euclid branches. I'd recommend choosing one of them instead.

Terrible customer service. Chase bankers deserve better. Choose any other Lexington branch. The branch manager needs some training that's for sure.
