I went without an appointment to open a business account and they treated me very well. Thank you for helping me in the process and there are new Spanish-speaking people. I recommend them 💯% they are very kind.

My company and myself have had an absolutely horrible experience here. They held checks for weeks on end, would refuse to cash checks even checks that were filled from Chase bank members, horrible customer service and would lock the accounts with no explanation.

If your account gets compromised it takes 10 days + to get a new debit card, it happened to me 4 times in 3 years, I closed my account and went with a local bank.
