Sent us a small charge nearly six months after service was allegedly performed. Claimed to have performed a chest X-ray on my wife, who was a patient at the hellhole known as CHI St. Joseph's Hospital. The thing is, my wife was dying of a brain tumor, so the insurance company rejected the claim as, obviously, clearly, medically unnecessary. Not our problem, says this competible business. No compassion. Not even a tiny bit of recognition of the absurdity of the "service" they allegedly provided. No evidence is offered that they even performed the service in question. Because the amount was small, they obviously expect the bill to be paid in the ordinary course, hoping that the fraudulent charge will be too small to argue over.

Also, just like everybody else received a call from collection agency for some service in 2018. My insurance have never been billed for that date of service, neither have I ever received a bill either.

I'm trying to call them to give them my insurance information. No answer. I called a minimum of 10 times. I guess they don't won't payment .

I just got a collections letter for a debt that originated from Central KY Radiology that does line up with a date I had an appointment with Chi Saint Joseph for a lumbar puncture. But I've never been to this radiology facility and I don't recall ever seeing a bill. It was only $200 and some change, I could've easily paid that! SUPER AWESOME to Google them and find so many others with the exact same complaint. What the heck is going on?

I never received a bill. I don't know what service was rendered. I don't know when it was rendered. I do know that my daughter had x-rays within the last month. I was notified that I had a $30 non-payment added to my credit. How can I make a payment if I'm never billed? How can I pay a bill if I don't know what service was rendered?

Funny how every single complaint is the same issue by not filling with insurance!!!!!!!!! WOW !!!!!!!!!! Go anywhere but there as far as help with billing, or them actually doing the proper paperwork for insurance claims and etc. it’s a total shame that people just don’t want to do their JOB! Then blame anything but themselves!!!!!! Lazy and total lack of compassion, not mention being untrustworthy!!!!!Low and negative comments, ALL that is for a reason!!!!!

my auto insurance should cover all my expenses! But CK claims didn't received from the hospital, whose fault is that???. System is broken, they will never get rich off honest people's back. They will bill you late and add you in collections! And add interest! They will claim to not have your insurance information. Stay away if you can!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. They will bill you late late, and claim to not have insurance information and send it to collections and add interest. They don't care.

Never received a bill from them, but received a letter from a collection agency informing me of a past due bill. No phone calls were received prior to this collections letter, either. It was a small bill, and I would have had no issue paying it had I been made aware of it, but this company did not contact me after an emergency room visit.

I received a bill that had not been submitted to insurance. I then provided my insurance information to CKR and they still didn't send the bill to insurance. I then received a letter from CKR threatening to send me to a collection agency, so I called and requested them to send this to insurance and they refused to do so. How can I pay this bill if CKR refuses to send it to insurance first? How is that legal?

Service was fine, but they sent me to collections over a measly $36 in mis-billed charges that should've been billed to my daughters medicaid. Simply unkind considering the $36 wasn't even valid in the first place.
