Love their selection. Also having the option to credit up to 250$ as a uk Employee is nice which u can then have split an taken out over up to 4 separate paychecks. The girls that work there are friendly and efficient which is always a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me. The only negative I can speak of is the prices are a little high. But everybody is in business to make a profit so I can't say to much. I will definitely be a returning customer

Went in to pickup my uniform for school and decided to by a Littman Stethoscope. No one told me that you weren’t able to return this item, maybe if the employees weren’t talking to each other about their personal lives and their internship while dealing with a customer then she may would’ve been able to tell me this. Not once has the stethoscope been used, I opened the box up ONCE and the woman even asked if I wanted to listen to it and I said no so it hasn’t even been put in my ears yet and I haven’t even started my courses. This is a very big inconvenience and once my jacket is done with monogramming I will not return. Sorry not sorry.

Bought a pair of Dankso's for $140, wore them maybe 3 hours to see if they would work for me. My back & hips hurt immediately. I tried to return the Danskos to the store. They told me no because there was a line across the top (thats how I bought them)Employees tell me to come back to speak to a manager and see if she can help me, I come back three different times and they told me she wasn't there. I left my phone number... nobody ever called me back. So Im stuck with these shoes.I try to shop local as much as I can, but it makes it hard when local business owners wont do right by their customers. Ive been shopping here for years but now I'll just take my business somewhere that actually adheres to their return policies/ helps their customers.Sucks when Amazon is your best bet because they will accept your returns if it doesnt work out.

The prices are not great due to 20% off, they raise the price to give you that 20% off and are still expensive!! The only reason they do well in Lexington area is because there is not another uniform store here. Their return policy is ridiculous. If the tags are removed you cannot even exchange the same day or next day!! The staff are very nice and helpful but that is not enough to allow myself to continue to shop at a place that will not exchange a size just because the tag is removed and be stuck with a pair of expensive scrub pants that will now collect dust!

They went above and beyond to try and get my white coat to me in time for my photos, even when the circumstances that made it late were completely out of their control. When it didn’t work out, they offered an additional coat with embroidery for free. You really can’t beat that kind of customer service.
