“This is the best car wash in town. The staff is so friendly and they always do a great job cleaning my car. The prewash makes all the difference. They really make sure to get the bugs and debris off the windshield and bumpers. And the prewash guy is always smiling. He just makes me happy. I hope the tips at the end are split with him as well.”

“I am tickled to death with this carwash!! It's been so long since there has been any kind of "customer service" in our society that in my opinion, is a cryin' shame! Well, that is until I went to wash my car. I had seen this place just about everyday when I was over in the Hamburg area that I finally went and got signed up on a great monthly package for 14.99+ tax . It was on sale that day and was a significant amount of $ OFF of the advertised reg. Monthly package of this type are usually 19.99 ( that ain't too shabby initself!! )”
“I had an amazing time having my car washed here. I've been coming to Zips for a while, but never have I been so satisfied! My car was clean, and the workers were as helpful as ever! The Manager, Rebecca - helped me a lot as well in terms of some messed up vacuums (Always has to be one somewhere). Definitely recommend, and definitely coming back!”
“Took my daughter’s car for a deep cleaning. Her vehicle has not been cleaned in over a year.. I normally use the self service Drive thru car wash, but i needed the interior cleaned. It was well worth the $30, exceptional service. “I had my car stolen and trashed so I hired The Right Choice to do a full detail. I was very pleased with the job they did and how personable and kind they were. They took my car from looking like muddy dump that smelled like cigarettes to a brand new car. I was so worried that it would never return to how it was before the theft but after they detailed it my car looks and smells better than ever! Not to mention that they had the most reasonable prices of company that I contacted and even came to my house and detailed it in my driveway, it was super convenient! 10/10 would recommend!”
“I took my car here for the first time off of a recommendation of someone else. I didn’t get the service that I expected off the bat but the owner reached out to me and made it right. I edited my review because not only did the owner make it right but management did also. We all have 1 off days and I chalk this up to a misunderstanding. I will be back to try Jeff’s out again.”

“Kevin, the owner, really did me a solid. He got me in the books the same day and his team did a beautiful job. They cleaned the interior and removed all my coffee stains. They also cleaned the exterior and shined my wheels, which I needed since I had so many curb rashes. I was very very lucky to have found this spot and not to mention the price was so reasonable. “I think it's strange to review a gas station, but I have been here multiple times and I feel like they deserve a shout out. The employees are always welcoming. Store is very well stocked and the RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN!!!! Way cleaner than the Starbucks across the street.”

“My experience was sad today at clean sweep on Richmond Road. I've been coming here for years gradually over time the quality of my detail deteriorated. Now I know why...I've always had my car detailedb there through the summer. They do a pretty good job. However, today they were backed up over an hour and a half wait so I use the free vacuums in the back. I'm not ever going to do that again They have no suction. I'm not exaggerating it's ? awful. They need to do some upgrades and hire some help or they're going to lose a bunch of people and it's sad used to be the best in town.”
“Was the best self service car wash around! Seems like equipment needs some work. Noticed blower isnt blowing off water as it used to. Car wash still cleans your car well, just a lot of water spots left over. However, the staff is still friendly and helpful.”
“They're responsive to instances where your money may get taken or, for whatever reason, the auto car wash doesn't turn on for you. They'll give you some "digital" cash for you to use at a future date, as well.”
