I came to get a bear with a recording of my late grandfather's voice. The worker, Amber, was amazing. She helped get the perfect recording from my phone. Amber was amazing as grief hits at random times and she was fantastic.

My kids and I had an amazing time! We had never gone before so we didn’t know what to expect, we were greeted and shown the progress. The girl that stuffed our bear at the machine (I believe her name is Brooklyn) was super friendly and patient with my kids. 10/10 experience and definitely would go again
