I lived here for a little over a year and had a horrible experience. The unit was old, dilapidated, and gross. I had to dry clean clothes I never wore because of how bad the smoke smell was. Neighbors were very inconsiderate as well. It took three tries and threats to management just get a real exterminator to get rid of cockroaches. Management will find any way to keep security deposit too. Living here made me more depressed than I have ever been. DON’T LIVE HERE!!

I lived here for 4 years while getting my bachelors and masters degrees at the university. I originally lived in a one bedroom which was always clean and the bathroom had been updated which was nice! The two bedroom I moved to for the last 5 months was clean except for the bathroom. No matter how often I cleaned it, it really just needed to be completely updated. Besides this, I have no complaints from my time living here. Yes the apartments are old, but maintenance was fantastic when they were needed on few occasions, the rent is cheap, and its right next to a bus stop to take you to the university. The front office is also extremely nice. Some people have mentioned bugs in their reviews, but in both buildings I lived in I never had issues. Like I said, old but clean. I recommend living here if you are a student or on a budget.

Pros: Close to the University of Kentucky and Public Transportation, Good area, no crimes. Reasonable price until you renew your lease, but I recommend this apartment for college students, but only stay for a year.

Older property, not well maintained. The rent is cheaper than the other apartments that are close to campus (the ONLY reason I came here), but the place badly needs renovations & updated amenities. Thin walls & floors mean you can hear everything your neighbors do. They have the smallest bathrooms I've ever seen & they're infested with mold. Leaks abound.

Review changed from 4 to 2 stars due to change in mgmt. The new team (Malik’s and Alec) is a significant downgrade compared to the old team.
