Our lil Tux absolutely loves coming to Brighton!!! He practically leaps out of my arms when we walk in. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Whether it's grooming or some sort of procedure, I always know he's in good hands there and gets so much attention. We are so lucky to have them.

All the vets and vet techs I've met are kind, caring, and look out for our pets well-being. They've taken extra measures when our dogs are worried or scared, and it was really appreciated! Also, super knowledgeable staff, and everything is clean and inviting. Well worth the longer drive for me, I choose Brighton over many closer vets.

When my regular vet couldn't get my very sick cat in to be seen the folks at Brighton Animal Clinic saw him and helped immensely!! So thankful for Dr. Montgomery and the staff at Brighton!! We have switched and this is now "our vet"!!

Dr. Montgomery and staff are the best there is in Lexington. They very recently saved my friend's cat that was in a diabetic coma. She/we didn't have an appointment and they took him in immediately and saved him from near death. They have helped me for 20+ years with my pets and rescue animals. I'm so very grateful! ❤
