Shoppers can find items like Loungefly products, Barbie, Lord of the Rings, Pokemon, and Sanrio merchandise, as well as various wallets, purses, and backpack purses with moving parts and Disney themes. The store is fun to look at with its pop culture displays of clothes and accessories. While some note the prices can be high, the store also has some hard-to-find items without a significant up-mark. Staff are extremely helpful, and part of the proceeds are donated to provide meals to hungry kids. It is a cool and fun store located in a mall where it is easy to drop money on quality stuff, making it a spot for superfans to discover the best in pop culture merch.
Too much disney stuff right now, but otherwise a really great place. They could also tone down the harry potter merchandise, it takes up too much room considering how long it has been. Although that criticism is aimed more at the owners of BoxLunch rather than the employees who are very nice.

This guy at the cashier wasn't very helpful when we were trying o returning stickers and we didn't had a receipt and tried to accuse us of stealing them because they are small and "pocketed". He's very unfriendly
