Went in to send a Christmas gift box to my grandson, I was met with a tall brunette man with a grizzly bear attitude. As he asked me questions while he was looking up my information, (as I've used this box stop service since 2003, when it was owned by a gentleman with THE nicest, most compassionate, caring, polite, genuinely kind soul), this guy was shut down, cold, rude and used a forceful tone with me. USPS was going to charge me $106. for the box and the destination, Box Stop: $103., so he cut my box down, to make it smaller in order to charge less, then shoved one of my very bendable items down into the box , I said to him that I put that item at the top of the box so it wouldn't bend, He said, oh it will end up at the top anyways with the box tossing and turning in shipping! I said the items on top would keep it on the bottom (the box contained too many items for that to happen, especially after the box was cut down on the sides! Der!). He printed out the label and receipt , slapped it on the box and whipped my receipt at me and said coldly, there you go! I immediately had the afterthought : I wasn't offered insurance and I forgot to ask! I then felt my expensive box, with expensive items was completely at the mercy whatever now! I will not be returning, I wish the owner from 2003 was still there. As I was putting things back into my purse, another lady came into the store, I watched the guy treat her the same cold, rude and shut down way, she was so shocked and intimidated by him and his abusive demeanor she could barely speak as he towered over her barraging her with questions! I suggest reporting any financial disputes to the CFPB under the FTC!

I mailed a very important letter from the Box Stop. I paid for tracking and trusted their experience and customer service. The letter was never scanned and there was no tracking information available. After a trip to 2 Post Offices and an unpleasant conversation with an employee. I was told that I would have to contact the owner, Christy Adkins. I called her and left a voicemail, no response. Today, I went in and had an unproductive and unpleasant conversation with Christy. She said she was just asking questions but clearly she understood that I wanted 1. wanted my money back 2. wanted to make sure no other customer had this problem. I left without a refund and was basically called unchristian and a liar. Additionally, I incurred a stop payment fee from the bank. I have used this business many times before. Beware. If there is a problem, it's your responsibility and fault.

Best place to shop for boxes. We have been customers for years and the new staff and owners are absolutely wonderful! I recently went in to ship some stuff to our nephew and the young man named Michael was eager and friendly to help me with getting it packed and shipped. Thank you so much Boxstop!

Forget the Post Office and long lines. Go to super efficient, fast and friendly service at Box Stop. They do it all, shipping boxes, wrapping, sending, faxing, gift wrap...you name it. Just had some fine China cups wrapped. They are under new ownership and the excellent service continues.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were able to ship my boxes to Spain at a much cheaper rate than the shipping company quoted me. My boxes were packaged very securely, and yet easy to unpack. They were always very prompt in answering any questions I had for them. I highly recommend Box Stop!
