My daughter and I went there to get western them apparel for her middle school dance on 4-17-24. Sheila was our sales person and let me tell you she was amazing. I truly wish we had more people ready to want to help you with your apparel needs like it used to be.. Shelia assisted my daughter from start to finish and was kind, patient and excited with her . It was a pleasure shopping at the boot barn. Roy even fixed up her cowboy hat to fit better.

Went to see their hat doctor today with some precious imported felt specimens. He and staff were very professional and did a fantastic job fitting and shaping my two babies in time for derby. Thank you so much for taking such great care of them!

Super friendly staff! They were so kind and sweet to locate the boots I wanted that weren't on the website and weren't in stock in my size at the store in Nashville and they called and helped me coordinate with the Nashville store to buy a gift card for the exact amount and take payment over the phone to have them shipped to my house! The manager went above and beyond for me! What amazing customer service! Thank you for your amazing team!

It was good store for average size people. I was dissatisfied only because I'm a 3X in size 42 pants. And they didn't have much of a selection for that size and they didn't have a very good selection of hats cowboy hats but now as far as boots they had a great selection and a wide variety of boots. I would grade the store as at a seven on a scale of 1 to 10 but like I said if you were plus size guy like me you better go somewhere else for everything above your feet.
