No one is ever in the store at this location. I’ve waited longer than an Hour for an “Lunch” Break and the sign they held on the door had no time… I arrived about 2:30 waited awhile before leaving, I arrived back at 3:20pm no one still there, but I still waited about 15 more minutes and still no one, so who knows how long they’ve actually been gone. I came on my lunch break and sadly wasted my time and I didn’t get the help I needed.

I would trust or do any business at this store . There was a mistake where my phone bill money was put on another random account and I went to the store to let them know my phone service didn’t work. He didn’t offer a refund or anything. Threw his hands up as if he didn’t care. He’s an African male. He needs in service training or fired for his unprofessionalism. It’s been two weeks still no service and boost customer service is pitiful on hold for hours

Called one store on new circle for them to tell me that in order to add another line that it would be $85 and now this store is telling me that it will be $90 -120 to add a line.

Computer was down .... Agent had no knowledge without having to call someone ... Very unprofessional when talking to customers. No phone models on display, old outdated marketing information materials displayed.

Was in there today to get a new iPhone for my son. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Super nice and very helpful. Got us all set up and even fixed Walmarts screw up from the day before
