Horrible customer service. Was on the call for less than 1 minute to ask her a question and the young lady hung saying "oh my god!" Pretty sure they're standing around doing nothing. Sorry for taking up so much of your precious time, honey girl.

I wish it were possible to leave a 0 star rating. The young lady that answered the phone for me was incredibly rude. When asked if I could make a payment of the phone she said she wasn't allowed, which is fine, but being hung up on isn't very customer oriented. She needs to go back through her customer service training and learn how to treat people with dignity and respect when it's due. I'll be canceling my 9 line family plan due to this event.

I usually come here once per month to pay my fiance's cell phone bill for him as they are closed by the time he gets home from work. With the exception of 1 lady, they are always rude to me upon the discovery that I'm not going to be signing up for service or upgrading to the latest $850 iphone or Galaxy ( the time before this most recent the woman actually repeated to me that I seriously just came there to pay a bill and the fact that I could do this online or, even by phone, to which I just as matter of factly advised her that indeed I could not because I don't have credit or debit cards and must pay cash...which was met with an eye roll smh.

The place was bad they didnt have any phones on display and the worst part is I was looking on there website and looked for there iphone 6s it was 99$ so I went to check it out and apparently they changed to 200$, although customer service was pretty good. I wanted suggest it!
