Horrible service! Also they are liars. I was talked into trying a different mask and guaranteed I could swap out the mask within 30 days. I contacted them 14 days later (two weeks of trial) and they had to order my original mask. I waited almost a month with not hearing anything so I called and they have no record of my replacement order and no record of who I talk to but ensured me they would “figure it out.” So then they call me this morning saying I talked to someone in their supply department apparently (when I called their main number), and they tell me that I contacted them the day after my 30 day was up, which is a lie. For one they said that was an outgoing call to me, but I called them to make the swap . PLUS, I had come down with covid after I had called them which was certainly within the time frame of 30 days and at the two week mark. But they have no record of that Nd no record of the order they didn’t send out, and so now I paid $120 for a mask that can’t be used. Highly recommend getting your supplies from someone else, this company is incompetent and deceitful. If they are going to offer a 30 day mask swap, then they need to honor it.

Bluegrass Sleep has been providing my CPAP supplies for almost 2 years in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner. Miss Diane recently went above and beyond to sort out a big problem with an order that had been submitted incorrectly by my doctor's office which was preventing me from receiving my needed supplies. Big thank you Miss Diane! ?

This was my second time using Bluegrass Sleep to get my C-Pap supples and I can tell you it been a joy to deal with this Company than with Gould’s. First you get to talk to someone about supplies, with Gould’s they connect you with the department and then NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE‼️ Second Bluegrass knows how to bill your insurance properly. Gould’s billing department is a joke! I will be getting all my supplies from Bluegrass Sleep!

I am beyond grateful for Bluegrass Oxygen!! I want to say thank you to Ms. Diane and Mr. Mike for all their help with my cpap machine. I don't know how to repay them for the kindness and generosity at a time in my life when things are completely out of my control. I wish them nothing but the best!! Thank you again for showing me there are still kind and genuine people in this world.

Just left getting new sleep machine equipment and Jessica went well out of her way to explain everything to me and make sure I had all the things I needed. Great experience even with mask and no contact safe distance.

This company is absolutely horrible - their customer service lacks the customer and service part, and keep in mind these people are just selling materials that you could buy on Amazon for probably 15% of what they are charging (if you could) so service should be everything to them.I have had issues from day 1 - when entering their dumpy office in Louisville, when trying to get someone one the phone (they very rarely answer), and forget getting your materials in a timely manner.Then you'll get random bills and threatened to be sent to collections when you had no idea there was a balance.This past time, after ordering materials over a week ago that should have been delivered within 48 hrs, I get a call saying nothing would be shipped out until I pre-paid my out-of-pocket amount. When trying to get answers, it takes multiple calls and games of phone tag to find out the owner wants people to pre pay (of course that is published nowhere and that's not how insurance works) what the estimated out of pocket should be.They've done the same thing to several of my friends so it's not just me - trust me - go somewhere else!

Have had my CPAP for 3 years. I've never recieved a call for supplies and when I call it takes 14 business days for delivery. I had issues with my first mask and after 4 months I went in expecting to have a wait. There was nobody waiting nor a person in the back. They have only one "tech" so they made me make an appointment to come on a time convenient to them. My time with the "tech" took 8 minutes. For supplies I have to call them. Invariably they'll tell me I need to call some number which is their supply warehouse I suppose however I tell them I dont have that number why did you give your number as one to call for service or answers. They have told me 3 different times that they have established a record with whatever branch of their business is tasked with calling folks with CPAPs to fulfill their needs. 3 yrs never happened. Each call to this place results in the same reaction. "Why are you calling us? You'll get a call soon order from them" when I press they'll tell me to call the warehouse ( I think) but I tell them this is the number I was given. I called them today to check on the nose mask replacement I need that I ordered 12 days ago and was told it may take 3 to 4 weeks but the order was made. The elastic strap holding my mask in place is so worn I can't get a good seal so it's worthless. I only have a week and a half longer. I guess they use covered wagons for delivery. This is a useless place when it comes to support. They have great equipment but very poor personnel. Find somewhere else.

I was recommended to this company by my doctor. I received a cpap from them and was told it would be covered by insurance since I had met my maximum out of pocket already. Then to my surprise two years later I received a bill for over $800 because they failed to bill my insurance. Not the type of company I want to continue doing business with. And good luck getting in touch with them. I would recommend you shop around.

Great service and even better people! The staff works extremely hard and they take the time to answer any questions and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. If you have an issue with the equipment on the weekend someone is always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this place!
