Brian is a very good mechanic and gets to the bottom of what's wrong with a car. He fixed a rough running engine in my 2002 Highlander by replacing an ignition coil, and resolved a gasoline smell in the engine compartment by replacing an injecter o-ring. Very reasonable price for the repairs and did just what was needed to get things right.

We have always received excellent service from Brian. Fast and efficient, and honest - he's even dissuaded me from getting things done I didn't need (because I read stuff on the internet, lol). My car is a 2002 and it runs like a charm, thanks to his care. I always have him do a tune up and check things out before long trips, as well as regular scheduled maintenance - and he's great at making sure she's good to go. We highly recommend Brian's Bluegrass Automotive.

We have had two damaged rear bumpers on our cars: a 2009 Saturn Aura and a 2018 Lexus and a front bumper on a 2009 Camry. All were the result of another vehicle damaging our vehicles. The repairs on the rear bumpers were excellent. The bumper on the Camry required replacement and that work was excellent. I could have submitted three separate reviews. I also had a rear trunk on the Camry that would not open. The Toyota dealer wanted $120 for diagnosis plus repair cost. Bluegrass completed the repair for $129 including the part replacement. This would be another five star rating. The facilities are clean and inviting.

I am writing this for the second time, but I feel you should know. The insurance company recommended Bluegrass Auto Body, so I agreed. The work was done at the location on Versailles Road near the viaduct. I could not have been more pleased! The vehicle was returned to me in a very timely way and I could not tell any damage had occurred at all. It was new as ever and looked sharp! They'd given it a car wash. I'm glad the insurance company worked through them, I will use them for any future repairs I may need. Friendly, professional staff which was very knowledgeable and experienced in Auto repair work. I highly recommend them.

After an accident where my car ended up being a total loss, the staff at Bluegrass was exceptional to work with. They explained the whole process and helped me collect my items, even going so far as to recover all the puzzle pieces from a puzzle I had in the trunk that was broken in the wreck. Thank you, Tonia Mattison for the great care and follow up! If I ever need more body work, you will be my first call!
