The infusion suite personnel are professional, caring and competent. Every visit has been on time and once we were caught in traffic and were going to be over an hour late and they still made it possible for me to have my infusion on the same date.

Excellent staff. Jumped in to solve several problems we had with our first provider. Very willing to work out a way to help. Professional and experienced staff. We had immediate confidence in competency and knowledge of the staff. Pharmacy and other medical staff also were very quick to resolve questions regarding doctor’s orders and were always accurate in their filling and delivery of medication for home IV infusions.

I’ve written a (positive) review before, BUT I CANNOT say enough how fantastic this company is! I really believe it’s because the people ARE the company, so they are 100% vested in making the patient experience excellent! They resolve ANY issues completely & efficiently. They are simply awesome!

I was delivered many supplies with the delivery men kind and courteous.The nurses were kind. I was new to this type of treatment so I needed a second teaching to really feel comfortable doing something nurses are trained in for many years. I did get it and felt much better after I used the hydration technique felt better and I felt physically better.I welcome anyone from.this center back anytime and was pleased with their help in keeping me home safe from being in and around covid or other contagious illnesses. Thank you

My granny loves the new delivery people they have for Harlan County. I could be wrong but I think the name says Bluegrass Medical Courier Logistics or Bluegrass Express? They are so friendly and kind to my granny and take time to actually speak to her and talk to her unlike FedEx and UPS and the USPS. It is so important to make sick people feel like they are still people especially by strangers they meet. I do not now how to find this courier online yet but I will and I will thank them also, personally.

My .husband had his materials delivered. I sat the box on the cedar chest at the foot of the bed. I need it close to him. As I was laying down, I saw a large cockroach come from the box on to my bed. I finally caught it. Not good people. Sorry

My nurses were very kind and caring and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The front desk staff was also helpful and polite.
