The prices here at Best Buy are always very competitive. One thing that most people don’t know is that they price match if you find something online that is exactly the same product they will match your price. Also, the staff are very friendly and you can always find someone for questions.

Best place for computers and electronics. The Geek Squad is really helpful, especially if you are not "tech savvy". The yearly membership with perks is expensive, read all the materials before signing up. With that said, if you have several computers, an automated home, or a relative who needs help with their devices, it can be a good deal. I have saved more than the membership cost each year, and the convenience of Geek Squad repairs is a benefit for me, but "your mileage may vary":-)

Great place for your electronic needs...however I would recommend shopping online for in store pick up. There's often way better deals and it's much easier to see open box deals and/or use coupons for better prices. I love going in but I always finalize most purchases online for better deals.

I will never buy from this store or any best buy again. We bought a refrigerator that wasn't what we wanted but one they had in stock for next day delivery. We set up the delivery with the doorman and on the receipt was our apartment number. Today supposedly the delivery person called when they were at our apartment but we didn't have the phone at that moment.When we called back, no one answered. Then, we got an almost unintelligble message about needing to reschedule. When we called the store after the delivery had been confirmed this morning, the store said the delivery people tried to deliver but no one was there. We had waited the whole day, and they had taken a picture of an intercom as the place for delivery even though there is no intercom in our building. When I called customer serivce, Nick said it was our fault because we had not initially answered the phone. He gave me a complaint number but said that I could use it for a gift card only after another delivery had been scheduled and done. This whole experience was so obnoxious that I am writing a review even though I never write reviews. This is so ridiculous and incredibly obnoxious. Do not buy an appliance from this store.

Had a new stereo installed for the truck, it's free if you buy it from them and if it's 200 dollars and about I believe. Had to pay for the wire harness adapter which is needed for about 160. I can confirm they did a better job then luckysauto sports for the radio installation.

Buyer bewear Not happy, if you got the free My Best Buy Plus membership, just know that if you don't cancel it you will be charged $49.99 yearly if you used a debit or credit card. We were not told that. Don't appreciate shady business.

Not even the almighty Geek Squad could do a simple replacement of the batteries on a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. Had to take my business and repair elsewhere.

Store itself is fine, avoid the Geek Squad section. I had a very negativity experience with Carter, a sales associate, that demonstrated that Geek Squad doesn't know what they are doing.

So im gonna say this hubby and I shop here all the time and our in store experience has always been amazing. However we decided to purchase our new fridge here instead of Lowes like always and I will say delivery was absolutely horrible the guy who showed up was very nasty and didn't listen. We have 2 entries into our kitchen one area is smaller then the other we tried telling him how to get the fridge in without scratching up the walls sad to say went over his head. We paid for them to take away the old fridge and we got attitude before my husband had to check him real good. They finally got the old fridge out and hubby and I got the new fridge in and setup. Delivery needs a overhaul! I will say our fridge turned out beautifully though.
