My children have been wearing bella bliss since birth! I adore the super soft pjs and both children lived in the bubbles. My daughter is 9 now and a little tricky to dress but she always loves choosing a selection of pieces from bella bliss. I feel that their pricing is very reasonable for the beautiful quality and I've saved so many items that just seemed to beautiful to pass on. The clothing is beautiful but working with the staff is a dream! They have met any requests I've made and even offered to upgrade my shipping on an order I placed too late to arrive by my daughters birthday. I cannot say enough nice things about this brand and their employees.

This was the first and last time ordering from this company. One dress I ordered for my child was extremely cheap looking, thin as paper with stitching coming undone on the front. And the jumper I ordered, the straps and buttons were sewed very unevenly. Extremely unhappy with this purchase.

Bella Bliss has a unique style of children's clothing that they promote through their website and catalogue. It turned out their ordering procedures are also unique. I ordered a dress for my 5-year old over a week before we were to leave on a vacation. The order was taken online with no issues, but a shipping announcement did not come until 6 days later. This would mean that the dress would arrive after we left, so I called and cancelled the order, and the representative retrieved the order from the UPS shipment immediately. However, she also said that BB was running 5 days behind with orders due to their busy Easter season. Easter is still 3 weeks away. The website didn't mention anything about the 5-day delay which is a serious omission. I will give them credit for promptly canceling the order but other customers might not be so accommodating. We will have to buy a dress at the mall this weekend before we leave.

In fairness to Bella Bliss, I wanted to update my post to say that after they became aware of my compliant, they did contact me and settle this issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate them contacting me and being concerned about their customer service rating. I experienced very poor customer service. Returned a blouse for refund and they sent it back to me saying it had been worn. This blouse was NOT worn, just tried on. All tags were in place and it was very apparent it had not been worn. Apparently they will come up with a reason for anyone wanting to make a return to keep from giving a refund. There are just too many wonderful clothing companies online to have to deal with this kind of customer service. Be very cautious when ordering from Bella Bliss.

I recently placed an order for five items, three of which (two Brenna dresses and a piped jersey skirt) were represented online as being 100% cotton, but when I received them noticed they actually are 50% polyester. This prompted me to check the only other item I had ordered from them separately in February, the Marley shift, which lo and behold also contained polyester, despite being represented online as 100% cotton. I called immediately, and was told they would email me a label to return everything for a full refund, including the two correctly labeled items from the aforementioned order. I did not want to keep those and forfeit a shipping refund, which would would leave me paying $7 shipping for just two items. (Incidentally, Bella Bliss immediately fixed the website descriptions.) After the company processed my refunds, I am being told they will NOT refund my shipping for the five-item order because technically the two items I would have kept were final sale, and since they made an exception on letting me return these, they would not also give me back shipping. I am also disappointed that Bella Bliss simply changed the website description of the Brenna dress and piped jersey skirt ex post facto, instead of being transparent about its misrepresentations and notifying its consumers.

I was very disappointed with a recent purchase from Bella Bliss. I tried contacting the company however I never got the courtesy of a response. I purchased the backpacks which are very cute but the description was very deceiving. It said that they are large enough for a "tween". The backpacks aren't even large enough for the volume of books and supplies for an elementary student. Since I had a monogram put on the backpack, I can't even return it. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping but the package took 5 days. I asked for a refund for the shipping but I never got a response from the company. Definitely won't be making a purchase from this company again.
