I left yestersay satisfied with my nails, but noticed the bad details later. My nails are not properly aligned, the small heart I asked for is off center, and the acrylic that was laid down is not even. I woke up this morning with red dots all over my hands and they are kind of itchy but definitely irritating. The person who did my nails had kind of an attitude when I'd asked him about my nails being off center. Will not be coming back.

This nail salon is no longer clean. The customer service has suffered since the retirement of the elder family member and opening of the second salon. Upon a poor quality polish post pedicure, consisting of the polish piled on in areas to hide mistakes drying was delayed after five total hours. Likewise the polish was not down to the cuticle. Upon returning for another polish, I was refused removal of all the polish and polish from start without insisting multiple times and bringing in the owner. Just sad. I was embarrassed. I had to return for another polish and beauty nails acted like I had put them out. No apology on their part.

Mani was fine but the pedi was not good. The gentleman who did it nicked my big toe cuticle and completely forgot to paint my pinky toe. I ended up at my event with only 90% my pedi! I will choose a different place next time.

Absolutely love this Salon!! Great work! The staff are super accommodating and professional. They have a way of making you feel right at home and they are very welcoming. They all do an amazing job and Nikki is the absolute best when it comes to nails. I highly recommend this salon for all of your nail, manicure, and pedicure needs.

Quality of Service. Not nearly as good as they used to be!!! Used to be a regular customer for years but moved away. I as in town for a few days and decided on a pedicure. Awful! My feet were rough and the polish was just ok. I called and the owner said I could come in for a top coat. I was persistent and was still offered a top coat. I seriously doubt the young guy was licensed. Never again

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a simple French tip with an almond shape. They rushed putting my nails on, the guy who did my design did not know what he was doing and had to start over multiple times. The lines ended up being crooked. Then charged me $80 AND wanted a tip! They broke off in a week. So dissatisfied.

I had gotten just a gel manicure and it took two days to start chipping off my nails. The slightest touch shouldn't bring the whole nail off. The service was good, and they were really nice. I'm just disappointed.
