Me and my family were here for 3 years and it was a great place to live! Two pools, weight room, nice walking path, walkable to Kroger and a couple restaurants. All the employees are very helpful and professional.

We have lived here for 2 years and it has been great! The front office is always so helpful, maintenance is quick (especially since they have like 30 something buildings) and the complex itself is well kept and quieter. Amenities are great with 2 pools, gym, walking trails, and lots of parking. I have never struggled to find a spot for myself or my guests. We moved from out of state and this was a great neighborhood and complex for our first 2 years in Lexington.
Mostly families with some students/young professionals so it feels like it's own little neighborhood. If you are looking for luxury apartments, this isn't the complex for you, but they feel homey and cozy and spread out enough where you don't feel on top of each other.
Overall great location, great people at the front office and maintenance, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at apartments.

Parking is great , lovely place , not outdated , great services and amenities along with top of the line internet speed. Plenty of dogs around campus! Staff are amazing!

These apartments are okay, I'd say. The location is great for walking outdoors. It's within walking distance to a couple good gyms (M Club, YMCA), Kroger, and several restaurants.The dust, though, has been bad. I get the sense that the vents have not been cleaned. I feel like the vents output more dust in a few days than a typical hosue would in 10 years. Also, check your radon. I think the radon can get decently high.

I have nothing but great things to say about BFA. My husband & I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed our time at BFA! From Manager to leasing staff, they are always ready & happy to help the tenants with care. Maintenance crew; not only fast & efficient but also nice people! Location: BFA is located in the nicest neighborhood in Lex and surrounded by very nice & clean trails, Marketplace (Kroger), nice restaurants and neighborhood bars. Thank you BFA team for making us feel like home!

I enjoyed my time living at Beaumont Farms Apartments! It‘s always well maintained, quiet, and the staff is both helpful and friendly. It’s also located in a nice area next to walking trails and a grocery store. I will miss the area!

We love it here, they have the grooming spa for pets and the complex is connected to a walking trail. It’s got the best location because you can walk to Kroger or restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly and host cute block parties and events.

I stayed at Beaumont Farms for over 5 years. I’m only leaving because I purchased a house. The location is hard to beat, and the easy access to the Beaumont trails is awesome for a dog. The people in the leasing office were all helpful and friendly. Katelyn, the property manager, was always attentive to my concerns and she was very good to work with on moving out. Maintenance was generally quick to fix issues, which did show up every now and then due to the age of the unit. My unit had a leaky window that needed to be fixed twice over 5 years, but that was the only major problem I remember having and it was fixed quickly. The community events and amenities were nice as well. I would return to Beaumont Farms if I ever needed to rent again for any reason.

Nice place to stay, clean apartments, family friendly, at the center of Beaumont close to shopping area and schools. We highly recommend this place especially for families.

The staff here is super helpful! I was shown around the property along with a friend by Nathan. All of my questions were addressed and we got to tour a couple of apartments.
