They ran a diagnostic to determine if it was the battery, the alternator, or the starter was the culprit, FOR FREE. It turned out to be the battery. I didn't have the tools I needed, so they loaned me tools, gave me expert advice and helped me with the repairs. I highly recommend this location of O'Reillys they went above and beyond what a customer could expect to help me get back on the road. Bill, the manager, and several other employees joined in to aid me, I'm just so thankful that these folks were around, it could have been a costly ordeal. All of them deserve raises, all I can do is give them praises.”
