Being asked if you need help or have found anything every 2-5 minutes is not an enjoyable shopping experience. It’s exhausting, overstimulating, and actually caused me to put my sale item back on the shelf and decide to never step into another Bath & Body Works store again.
And then I went to LUSH for a lovely shopping and sniffing experience, which did not result in a headache and burning nostrils.

I went here the other day to make a return the manager Amy was super rude - i had my receipt & she told me I could not return my items for a gift card nor could i exchange them for other items that i could only return them to the card i made the purchase with - since when is this a thing ? Pretty sure she was lying because I’ve done this multiple times at B&BW before , all I wanted to do was exchange what i was returning for different items bc I wasn’t happy with what I purchased but she made the whole situation difficult plus her attitude was just nasty. I definitely will not come back to this location ever again. The new employee that helped me after Amy was nice though ! Crazy you let managers treat people like this

It's the Christmas season so it is very busy. I went into the store to grab a gift certificate. They handed me the gift card and receipt. No bag or anything. I asked if they had a gift card holder or something in which she had to go dig them out and give me one. Recommended

Terrible service, employees come off as rude and would rather argue with customers about which line to stand in rather than actually help us on Black Friday. Expected nothing less considering the employees are rude on any other day as well. Happy holidays! Hopefully yall learn some customer service and cheer.
