Penny lied and the cost of the meds were twice what she told us on the phone vrs when we got there. Without insurance they are well over $200. Same prescription is $90.64 at CVS and $94.67 at Kroger. They refused to release the prescription to CVS.

This is the best place for great customer service. Jeff is my specialty pharmacist and he is terrific. He has my information, he works well, he knows how to do my prescription, and where to send it and how to bill it. Plus a savings of over 375.00. He’s right on the ball and everything they do is really good I write them in a star five may be higher.Thank you Baptist Health. Otherwise I may not be doing as good as I am. Thank you Jeff!!!!!!!

I cannot express how much I love this pharmacy and the whole team! They are so helpful and will problem solve for you with your doctor and insurance company so that the customer doesn't have to do anything except pick up their medicine! They are always speedy, friendly, and so helpful! Five stars!!!

Staff is always polite/informative/helpful. I don’t live in Lexington, or visit often, but they ship my medication and it’s extremely helpful to me. This pharmacy was recommended by my physician, and it has worked out wonderfully.

This place is a must if you or someone in your family is a Baptist Health employee. Their discount prices for people in the Baptist network are awesome. I've gotten prescriptions for $25 that cost me $60 from other pharmacies. This pharmacy is small with a limited over the counter selection, but it's great for getting in and out quickly. The staff has always been both friendly and professional.
