This place discriminates..My wife went here for a interview and was told by THE OWNER that THE OTHER GIRLS IN THE SHOP SAID THAT THEY DIDNT FEEL A Connection WITH HER. HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO FEEL A Connection WITH SOMEONE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW??? It was very disappointing to hear that they made a decision based off of personal opinions and not actual work qualifications... Good point in business is to never judge a person without seeing what they are capable of.. extremely shocking and disappointing

I wish I could give many many more stars and I don’t know where to begin but if u need a salon that makes you feel like Cinderella no matter the condition shape ur hair is in this is the place to find your fairy godmother with tools for hair as their magic wand and best part it last longer than just midnight their handy work. Love them great care to customer service and fantastic knowledgeable staff

I needed a haircut so badly and I saw Heather at the Hartland location. I knew the style i wanted but didn't think I had given her a very clear description. When she finished cutting and styling my hair, I could hardly believe my hair. It was exactly the style I wanted and is by far the best haircut I have ever had in my life. I am now scheduling her to color my hair. Heather is a MASTER HAIR DESIGNER and deserves that honor. I highly recommend Heather!!

I love this hair studio. It's clean and stylish. Everyone is kind. I was even offered a drink. Lindsey is an excellent stylist, and she's really sweet!

Katie did a perfect job on my haircut and her intern gave me a great shampoo massage afterwards! I also really love the warm towel with the lavender scent over my eyes during the shampoo. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed! Your salon is the best I’ve ever been to in KY! Yall charge the perfect very reasonable price for my pixie haircut! Also your receptionist was so helpful to me with only having one working foot because I had a big foot surgery almost a month ago. She helped me feel comfortable while waiting for Katie to be ready for me, and she also helped me put a trash bag over my big boot so I didn’t get hair all over it. The receptionist, Katie and her intern all helped me have the best self care possible which I really needed from my exhausting foot recovery this past month.

Get stylists who are talented and don't claim they can do a cut then mid cut state they don't know how to cut an angle, when the pic was shown at very beginning of appointment!!!!!!! Read my review on other Bak 4 more location. Not sure why my whole review isn't posting on this location. RUN from this company. I'll pay $100 for a cut if that is what it takes to a competent stylist
