Room was very clean. I liked how shelves and storage areas were in the open. That way you look around the room and see where stuff was. Helped when it came time to leave. That way you knew you had everything. Didn't have to worry about leaving anything behind. Had a great experience with it being our first time there. Would definitely stay again!! Love it!

Rooms are ok, ie: clean, but walls are paper thin. AC can't keep up with the heat, and the minifridge is room temp.? There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room and the only ice machine is on the ground floor. This is my second week, the staff has been super nice.

Great value! Awesome location, friendly staff, clean room and lobby, nice breakfast, and 24/7 coffee machines in the lobby. Highly recommend!

We needed a last minute hotel and this one was absolutely lovely. Our room was extremely clean, everything in the room was well thought out, the beds are both comfortable and not to mention lovely decor. Overall, I’m very impressed. We are traveling with our little girl, so I was really nervous about picking somewhere so last minute but God blessed us with finding this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again.

Very pleased with our overnight stay. Room was clean, check in was efficient. Only issue is they use some type of air freshener in the hallways that is a strong male cologne scent. I was very glad it didn’t carry into our room. Will definitely stay again.

Was visiting a friend in the hospital. Close proximity was essential.This place was either renovated or new I don't know. In very great condition and clean.The rooms are minimalistic meaning no drawers or closets but everything tucked into its cubby nicely. The bed was comfortable clean and extra pillows weren't an issue.The staff was excellent!Now the home run! For me anyway. The breakfast was amazing and the 24/7 coffee/tea bar made up for anything the rooms lacked. Walking distance to some nice restaurants.I had a great stay givin the circumstances. I recommend.

I recommend this clean, modern hotel. Large windows, no carpet and good lighting including a tiny bathroom automatic nightlight so there's no fumbling around for the light switch. Personal care products provided are all high quality Dove brand.Plenty of plugs and charging spots, even in the tables of the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast includes protein options, fruit and coffee ground fresh by the cup. For active folks, there's an exercise room. This location also is a short walk from the Brighton East Rail Trail, a paved trail that's excellent for biking or walks.

We were traveling from WIsconsin to our home in Tennessee in our first electric vehicle. I had been driving 12 hours and my wife wanted to us to rest. We found the avid was on our way and had chargers. I had not stayed at an avid hotel - but the price was quite reasonable, it was on our route, and the reviews were good. I booked a room and when we arrived we found a charger was available.It had a bright modern lobby, the desk person was friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and on the smaller side, but the flat screen TV was large and offered casting from my phone and a full selection of channels. There was no in-room coffee maker - but the breakfast area off the lobby was bright and cheery - there were two coffee machines - preparing single cups, two hot items and a modest selection of cereals, bagels, pastries and fruit.We checked out in the room and left satisfied and fully charged.We would certainly overnight here again.

This was my first time staying at an Avid hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all Dove products and even real liquid Dove hand soap for washing your hands! The bed was comfy, linens cozy, and pillows comfy. The check in/out process was quick and easy. This is in a great location right off I-75 and there were a lot of great food options close by. Also they are dog friendly and I was traveling with a dog and she approved as well!Rooms: Clean and modern, fridge in room, no microwave or coffee maker.Nearby activities: There was a lot of restuarants near by with a mix of fast food and sit down.Safety: I felt safe the entire I was here. I was traveling alone (female) with a dog. It was a quiet location and I did not notice anyone on the property that should't be there.Walkability: You can easily walk to a gas station and a few restaurants from the hotel.
